00:23:289 (4,5,6) - I think it would be more pleasing to switch around 5 and 6. Then it leads into the following slider better, and somehow just "feels" better. I rearranged it myself and liked it more than each one farther right.

00:33:838 (3,4) - Move the jump to be upwards instead of downwards? Because the pitch increases rather than decreases. Personal preference.

01:45:707 (4,1) - Similarly, move 1 down instead up upwards because the pitch decreases.

01:51:010 (1) - Maybe instead of having this spinner, replace it with 3 long and/or slow sliders so that you don't have two spinners in a row. Another personal thing, but I see multiple consecutive spinners/excessive use of them was an act of laziness.

00:44:223 (1) - Is this slider really necessary for this sound in the song? I feel these tiny sliders work better with a sound that has a distinct vibrato to it, which this does not. I would replace it with a longer stylish slider.

01:45:706 (1,1) - You could make these sliders prettier. They're followed up by a slider with more of a design to it, so why are these so simple?
01:49:662 (2,1) - Same deal.

imo some of the finishes are a bit unnecessary like 00:16:036 - 00:55:596 - for example aren't as strong as the beat that follows it 00:17:190 - 00:56:750 - respectively. having the finish on a weaker beat kinda takes the essence away from having finishes on strong beats. i expanded further on this point later in the mod

i assume you got this mp3 from mochi? theres a reason i don't really like this mp3 because it's poorly cut since 01:19:333 - to 01:24:937 - is the same tune as 01:24:937 - 01:28:399 - you could probably fix this by cutting out that unneeded section at 01:19:333 - but yeeah.. thats probably just me being picky

taking a quick look, might not find much since the mapset's already pretty advanced in modding

Easy

00:34:827 (2) - maybe give the slider a slightly shape after the red anchor, so it would flow a bit better
00:51:641 (2,2) - thats an overlap you barely see. im personally not a fan of such overlaps, i think you can do it without overlap or with an intended overlap, but up to you
01:22:300 (2,3) - a flow change would be great here to emphasize 01:23:124 (3) - but thats just minor and probably not necessary to change, up to you
01:27:245 (1) - i like that concept of the white anchors, looks so clean and smooth (smoother than the other methods for such a slider) never saw that before xD
perfect easy diff, i like a lot

Normal

nothing to say here except some personal and polishing things
blanket things like 01:32:190 (6,1) - , 01:42:410 (4,1) - , 00:53:289 (2,3) - , 01:05:157 (4,5) - i think thats it
im personally not a fan of sliders like 01:00:212 (5) - because they just look out of place since its the only time you use such a sharp shape. furthermore they are aesthetically not the prettiest imo

Please fix your blankets in this diff. it looks very untidy with spots like 00:05:487 (1,2) - 00:07:135 (2,3) - 00:09:278 (1,2) - 00:15:377 (3,1) - 00:19:003 (2,3) - 00:42:410 (1,2,3) - and so on. I recommend you to polish these spots, other than that nice diff (im a bit confused about your DS policy, it looks right and its making sense but at some points not, idk.... i cant really tell im bad with Hard's, so just forget it xD)

Fixed all blankets things unless that 00:19:003 (2,3) - in hard diff, this no intending to be blanket but i polish a little those sliders
about it 01:01:860 (2,3,4) - 01:02:025 (3) - is a stronge note, 01:02:520 (4) - it seemed out of place even so fix :3

[General]

Strongly urge you to reconsider using the Soft sampleset for the entire map. This is one of my biggest pet peeves and it really reduces the amount of feedback players receive from hitsounds. Soft is really only appropriate from 00:45:047 (1) - 00:48:673 (4), in my opinion, and the rest should really be Normal sampleset instead.
Inconsistent widescreen storyboard
Your background image is probably too big, try scaling it down

[Hard]

Overall, no huge issues
00:12:410 (2,3) - unusually large jump compared to calmer sections in the rest of the map. I recommend scaling it down to ~1.4x to 1.6x
00:31:531 (4,1) - if you made these 2 sliders the same it would look nicer
00:48:591 (3,4) - do you really need to do this with these 2 notes? I think if you just put them on the sliderend, the stack leniency would make it look nicer.
Why is 01:03:838 (1) - 1.2 but 01:05:157 (1) - 1.1? I think you should choose either one and make them both the same
00:57:574 (3,4) - the spacing on these reverse sliders is ~2.4x but in the chorus at 01:08:124 (3,4), which is more exciting, it's only ~1.2x? I think the spacings should be reversed for these two patterns.
01:39:113 (1,1) - I think it would be better to end the spinner on the previous white tick, and place a note where it currently ends so that it mirrors the pattern at the very beginning of the map (00:02:849 (1,2))
00:44:223 (1) - I don't agree with this slider being 0.6, followed by 0.7. The quiet section doesn't start until 00:45:047 (1) - so that's when the slider velocity should decrease. You could even decrease the 0.7 section to 0.6 to make it clear that it's a quiet section.
On that topic, the timing section starting at 00:08:124 (1) - could easily be 0.8 instead on 0.9. A Hard difficulty shouldn't have so many different slider velocities, especially when they pretty much play the same (0.8 vs 0.9). If you apply the green timing sections changes I recommend, you go from 7 different velocities down to 4 (0.8, 0.7 or 0.6, 1.0, 1.2 or 1.1), which is much more reasonable for a Hard diff.
