[Archived] Help on Offsets and Error Rate

Problem Details:
I love osu ever since I came into the game 2 months ago. I have a question about error rate.
So my current UO is at -4 ms and when I tested peppy's wizard offset, I hovered over my graph and it says:

Error: -25.57 ms - -29.68 ms
Unstable Rate: 323.18 (Yeah I know it's bad :/)

What can I do about this? How do I set the error that is showing?

Your unstable rate is too high for estimating your offset accurately based on the hit errors of your play. This also means that offset doesn't have any significant effect on the accuracy results you get.
