I don't know well but probably Japanese omelette.

Noodles! :p my grandma would buy me huuuge bulk packs of them (bigger = better, ya know) when I was little... She got me hooked on them!!!

First thing I cooked? Ever? Hmm. It's spaghetti I guess.
Fried stuff: Fish croquettes. (All I had to do was fry them, fuck, that oil was so scary.)
Boiled stuff: Rice (Which I used for Omurice, heck, how could I forget that epic attempt.).
Cold stuff: Ice cream. (Cool story here.)
