So i sent an email to accounts@ppy.sh for about 2 days and still haven't got a response. Do they even care or they just have a lot of work?

I think that they have quite a much work to do, so depending on the issue you have, it can take them more time to look into the things and analyze them properly. Let's hope that they will answer your call soon. Thus, if it's nothing very urgent, I would advise to give them few days for an answer, before trying to address the issue again. Maybe they are already thinking about how to reply
