Hi.
Add some tags.

Easy

00:22:677 (3,1) - can blanket better
00:48:233 (1) - remove nc

Normal
maybe make normal little more harder since its only 54 make bigger spacing (iv never modded 54 bpm so i may not help much)

00:08:233 (1,2) - feels like these could be mapped like these 00:06:011 (1,2) - for rythm consistency
00:17:122 (1,2) - again same it just feels empty (maybe map the rest of the empty gaps)
00:17:122 (1) - remove nc
00:21:566 (1) - ^
00:31:566 (2,1) - avoid overlaps
00:41:566 (4,1) - swap nc like u did here 00:50:455 (1) - on the downbeats
01:39:344 (3,1) - nc on 3
02:01:566 (2) - nc and 02:02:307 (1) - remove nc

well good luck! x)

Hi there, from my queue! o/
Really nice mapset, I have to say

[General]
  1. While this isn't really gameplay stuff and it seems really unnecessary, it is important that you capitalize all letters of the source "UNDERTALE" because that is the source used for all undertale-based maps and if not fixed can cause for some problems with the Ranking Criteria aka. a disqualification when qualified
  2. I think it's best to add in one more diff with Normal star rating (1.5 - 2-5) because the song offers more than what the two difficulties you have give currently

[Easy]
  1. 00:12:677 (3,4,1) - While ofc this is really low BPM, 1. Overlaps are not recommended in easy difficulties becuase it might get confusing for new players and 2. The same with 1/2; 4/6 etc. stuff. Besides, why not continue the 1/1 pattern you used earlier? Fits better imo
  2. And since you basically built the diff in 1/2 I highly recommend fixing this first, believe me, there are many songs out there that have super low BPM but still don't use 1/2 in the easy diff even if the song would suggest it, like https://osu.ppy.sh/s/466647
  3. Just call me back if you don't fix this or fix it, cause if I am not sure if you see this as an issue or not and thus can't really judge the map (but I highly recommend fixing this)

[Normal]
  1. I think it's better if the DS is raised by a tiny bit, because at this point it looks a bit like the objects barely overlap each other, and those look worse than the overlaps you had in easy, which were cleaner. But I think you didn't want overlaps here so yeah, increasing DS here wouldn't hurt much and would give for better aesthetics (even if you only raise it by 0.1)
  2. 00:10:455 (1,2) - Why is this not consistent with this 00:06:011 (1,2) - ? Although I get that you may have tried to bring in some variation, at least this pattern should stay consistent so switch up the two sliders
  3. 00:19:344 (1) - This 1/1 slider seems out of place judging by the fact that you've used 4/6 the whole time and there is nothing much different here than in previous parts of the song similar to this
  4. 00:24:899 (2,1) - I see what you tried to do here, but I think it'd look better if you would avoid an overlap here
  5. 00:28:233 (1,2) - Same here but the curved slider looks too 'uncurved' looking at the fact that you've used rather balanced curve sliders previously in the song
  6. 00:31:566 (2,1) - I really don't like the overlap here, like Lilyanna said but my reason for pointing this out is because it is rather ugly and might be confusing to beginners
  7. 00:46:751 (2,3) - I feel like these sliders don't match up too well with the music, so I suggest instead placing a hitcircle, then a slider and then a hitcircle again like this:
  8. 01:14:899 (2,3) - Bare overlap is not that visually appealing
  9. 01:49:344 (2) - See, something like this would have been good for one of my suggestions above, try placing this slider though at x:441, y:49 for a better effect and adjust the following then
  10. 01:51:196 (1) - Imo this slider feels weird together with the song, instead try placing a hitcircle only here: 01:51:566
  11. 02:11:566 (2,3) - I think you should switch these two objects up because i find that to be the more fitting rhythm here, besides, this part would more rather suggest a slider on the white tick
  12. 02:12:677 (1,2) - Same but the other way around, I feel like the notes 02:13:048 - 02:13:418 - feel more connected and thus should be represented with a slider, so switch up these two objects again
  13. 02:22:677 (1,2) - These should be replaced with a slider imo because it feels more consistent since you didn't use 4 hitcircles in a row and the song doesn't suggest too much of a diff spike

Well, that's pretty much it, as said, definitely call me back for easy because I just want that issue to be addressed, no matter if it gets fixed or not.
Good mapset, I wish you good luck :)

From My modding Q

I'll try my hand at modding this, but since its so easy don't expect that much :/

Normal
00:06:011(1,2,1) slight distance change. Second slider one has more distance than the first
00:09:344(2) doesn't feel right with there being nothing here, maybe add a slider. You could move two to the left if you intend to do this
00:18:223(4) same problem as ^^. If you intend to change, move 4 to slider 3's end, then make another slider
00:20:640 same problem, but really there's nothing you can do
00:24:899(2,1,2) if the 2 and 1 are touching, you should continue the pattern with the second 2
00:31:566(2,3,1) not even spacing, could change it to be like this http://i.imgur.com/fUAIfTf.png
00:36:751(3) move a nudge to the right
00:57:122(3) this should start at 00:57:307 instead
01:12:677(1) curve to left instead of right
02:22:677(1,2,3,4) 1,2,3 are touching but 3 and 4 aren't

Sorry a lot of the mods were little things, couldn't find much to mod other than that. Good Luck ! :D

Hey

Just a noob mod

Easy

* 00:08:233 (2) - You should put other sliders throughout the map like this one, to add more variety.

* 00:48:233 (2) - This slider is a little awkward visually imo, maybe you could put it a bit to the right?

* 01:26:010 (1,2) - Loved this!

* 02:00:085 - Add circle here?

* 02:17:122 (3) - I think this would look better if it was like 02:19:344 (1) - but reversed to be in the same position that it is now.

* 02:43:418 (3) - This sounds off imo.

Normal

* 00:08:233 (1) - would look better as 00:06:011 (1) + Ctrl H or just a bit to the right

couldn't really find anything else

Hope i helped!

eh...i'm here

General:
- Strong beat parts could be highlighted with whistles. It sounds a bit empty to me... (For ex. Normal: 00:21:566 (3,4) - )

Easy:
- 00:12:677 (3,4) - The main downbeat should be clickable since it is a really noticable sound. Try pattern likethis
- 00:43:788 (2,1) - Okay...yea...i get it. Aesthetically it looks cute but still the slider n.2 is quite weird compared to other patterns
- 01:38:233 (2,1) - You would really put this pattern in the easiest diff? Yea, it seems like a beginner map, okay, but you've ignored the similar beats before so why are you highlighting this now? There are more patterns like this...Well, it's just a suggestion so you can ignore it...
- 02:21:566 (2,1) - This placement looks quite weird to me...If you would curve the slider n.2 then maybe it would look more neat...

Normal:
- Nothing caught my eye

It looks really great...good luck in the future

hi hi m4m from #modreqs

Easy

Since this is a very beginner map, I'll be focusing on aeshetics.

00:26:010 (2,1) - Blanket. Move 1 closer to 2 on the timeline and you'll see what I mean. Easy fix, though.

00:26:010 (2,2) - Stack the red 2's head with the blue 2's tail, so that they are both equally blanketed by red 1

00:57:122 (2,1) - Would probably look better if these two were the same shape. Otherwise, differentiate these two more.

01:13:788 (2,3,4) - Not necessary, but you can choose to make these an equilateral triangle.

01:34:899 (1,1) - Since these are on the screen at the same time, shapes that complement each other would be nice. A blanket perhaps?

01:37:122 (1) - Don't think you meant to NC here

01:52:677 (3) - NC for consistency

01:54:899 (4,1) - Would be much improved if these two blanketed

02:12:677 (3) - don't think you meant to NC here

02:19:344 (1,2) - Having these two complement each would be nice. Perhaps you can take 1, rotate it twice, then ctrl+g it and use that shape for 2?

02:37:122 (3) - NC

02:39:344 (1) - remove NC

Normal

00:10:455 (1,2) - Blanket

00:21:566 (3,4,1) - Could make an equilateral triangle out of the heads of these

00:23:788 (1,2) - blanket

00:24:899 (2,1) - The way these almost touch does not look good. Move 1 up some.

01:36:010 (3,1) - better flow if you ctrl+h the shape of 1

01:40:085 (2,3,4) - equilateral triangle out of the heads of these

01:42:677 (1) - this NC should be 01:41:566 (4) - if you want to be consistent, also NC the downbeat after

Nice mapset, just a few more touch ups on aesthetics and I think it'll be good to go.
Plaudible
Mostly blankets n stuff cause there's not much else to mod with really low SD diffs >_<; dont hurt me pls

Easy
00:28:233 (1) - Put at x300 y120 for better blanket
00:26:010 (2,2) - Stack end of 00:30:455 (2) - with end of other slider for blanket on both
01:32:677 (3) - Use approach circle to improve blanket
01:37:122 (1) - I'd remove NC here
01:34:899 (1,1) - Improve blanket
01:37:122 (1,2) - Stack end of 2 onto head of 1
02:23:788 (1) - Center between 02:21:566 (2,2)?

Normal
00:10:455 (1) - Move end slider point to x96 y228
00:11:566 (2) - Move to x164 y284
00:13:788 (3) - Move end slider point to x356 y156
00:23:788 (1) - End slider point to x56 y216
00:24:899 (2) - Move to x120 y160
01:54:899 (1) - Move end slider point to x368 y220
02:41:566 (1) - Fix blanket ples

Sorry for blanket mod, not much else to mod though :( good luck!

Heey!

NM ready :)

Easy
  1. 00:42:677 (4) - you can remove this note ans put a slider until 00:43:418 for a little rythm
  2. 01:01:566 (2) - add a whistle
  3. 01:10:455 (2) - whistle , its better I find.
  4. 01:21:566 (1) - Remove NC

Normal
  1. Maybe AR 4
  2. 00:13:788 (3) - end of this slider 00:14:529
  3. 00:28:233 (1) - remove NC
  4. 01:17:122 (1) - this slider should be curved more
  5. 01:35:640 (2) - remove this note and do a slider renverse here 01:34:889 until 01:35:640 So that it's similar as here 01:28:233
  6. 02:26:010 (3) - Puts correctly (inside)

This is relaxing :D I like it!

GOOD LUCK!

  2. 01:01:566 (2) - add a whistle // Done
  3. 01:10:455 (2) - whistle , its better I find. // Done
  4. 01:21:566 (1) - Remove NC // I think it's fine there because its on a downbeat and it starts a new part

Normal

  3. 00:28:233 (1) - remove NC // Same thing as the other one, its fine as it is

[General]
  1. I highly recommend mapping a harder diff to the mix. A harder diff should add a lot to the song.
  2. Add Heartache to tags. It's the track being remixed.

[Easy]
  1. 01:03:788 (1) - This slider should face 01:03:788 (1) . Sliders should direct where the next beat is, especially in easier diffs where newer players have little experience to recognize "misleading" directions. It's less so in harder diffs but it still applies. The slider makes a left turn yet the next object is behind it. There are other places like it throughout the diff, but this is the most extreme. Keep note of it.
  2. (Optional) 02:43:788 (1) - Add a whistle to the spinner.

Overall this diff is functional, yet boring. I dunno if it's just the song or how it's mapped, but it should have something worthwhile for newer players to enjoy.

[Normal]
  1. 00:09:344 (2) - This circle feels misleading. Replace it with a slider like in 00:07:122 (2)
  2. 00:36:010 (2) - This slider be similar to 00:33:788 (2) ?
  3. 01:12:677 (1) - Like I said in the Easy diff, sliders should direct where the next object is. Curve the slider to face 01:14:899 (2) .
  4. 01:24:899 (4) - Why a circle here? Replace it with a slider to complete the combo full of them.
  5. 01:30:455 (1) - Sliders should direct the next object. Curve the slider to face 01:32:677 (2) .
  6. (Optional?) 01:52:677 (1) - This slider is nearly halfway over the playing screen. Nudge the slider in a bit.
  7. (Optional) 02:43:788 (1) - Add a whistle to the spinner.

Not much to say about this diff, other than I feel like this diff should be a tad harder. More objects on major notes of the song should do the trick.
Both diffs are light on hitsounds, so that's something to consider.

Good luck

Then if you made it a hard-insane difficulty it would be kind of a spike plus a difficulty that hard wouldnt really fit the slow, music box feel of the song. I'll consider it, but that's just my opinon

Keep note of it. // I dont think it woud be the best idea, because most of the time i do it its a 1/1 gap in between the two notes so it wouldn't be misleading, and curving it towards would make the pattern awkward. Also in some cases they curve towards the edge, so there would be no confusion because there wouldn't be a note outside the playfield. just imo

-you can add more interesting slider shapes, thats one of the best parts about being able to have long sliders imo, so they can help you bring out the full potential of this map (also cuz heartbreak -> red anchors? ;) )
-very little hisounding, pretty boring without hitsounds imo. just put whistles to mark the most important sounds

Easy
00:06:011 - you put a whistle here, so why not for places like these 00:08:233 - 00:10:455 (1) - 00:34:899 - 00:23:788 - 00:41:566 - as well?
00:22:677 (3,1) - flow not good, 3 points away from 1. in response to your last mod on 01:03:788 (1,2) : this has nothing to do with the rhythm or the grid, its the visual aspect and the way the cursor moves. here is a sharp angle change, which feels less intuitive for newer players and is harder to naturally follow with the eye. if youre concerned about it looking awkward, id suggest making minor adjustments to the objects around it so it looks fine.
00:28:233 (1,2) - fix blanket so 2 stacks on 00:26:010 (2)
01:01:566 (2,1) - blanket?
01:03:788 (1,2) - doesnt flow well because angle change
01:12:677 (1) - whistle?
01:19:344 - ^
01:31:566 (2,3) - fix blanket
01:42:677 (3,1) - flow not good, angle change too sharp
01:50:455 - add whistle
01:54:899 (2) - 01:58:233 (2) - fix blanket
02:00:455 (1) - ctrl+j for better flow into 02:02:677 (2)

Normal
-nothing about whistles here, but i trust you to find some nice spots for those
-00:07:122 (2,2) - fix blanket
00:10:455 (1,1) - stack?
00:27:122 (2,3,1) - this flow looks kinda weird imo, how about making it a straight line instead?
00:37:122 (1,2,3) - move 3 downwards so that you can get perfect triangle?
01:02:677 (3,1) - this blanket is very close, move 1 to the left more so that there is more space in between the objects
01:12:677 (1,2) - ctrl+h and change the angle of 1 for better flow into 2
01:52:677 (1,2) - fix blanket
01:54:899 (1,2) - ^
02:17:122 (1) - this is the only "different" slider ive seen so far, add some more like it :D

Good luck~

I fixed this specific part, but if you want to see what i have to say about it then look down ther vv

my own opinion
I think this mapping aspect isnt a big deal in easy maps. New people will just follow the song depending on where the next note is, not which way the previous one was (the last person said it was "misleading"). The only time i feel like this would actually be a problem is if the map 180d back on itself, making it hard for new players to read because of previous notes in the way, general awkwardness, etc. Also as i said these are 1/1 notes, so they have plenty of time to react, not only that most of the time i do it its at the edge of the screen and would cause no confusion. I'm sorry if i ranted a little bit, but this has been bugging me a lot,

00:28:233 (1,2) - fix blanket so 2 stacks on 00:26:010 (2) I think i fixed it..? xd
01:01:566 (2,1) - blanket? Fixed
01:03:788 (1,2) - doesnt flow well because angle change It's fine as it is (reason above)
01:12:677 (1) - whistle? Added
01:19:344 - ^ ^
01:31:566 (2,3) - fix blanket I don't think there was a problem, but i change it a little anyways
01:42:677 (3,1) - flow not good, angle change too sharp It's fine (reason above)
01:50:455 - add whistle Added
01:54:899 (2) - 01:58:233 (2) - fix blanket Fixed
02:00:455 (1) - ctrl+j for better flow into 02:02:677 (2) Changed to this

00:27:122 (2,3,1) - this flow looks kinda weird imo, how about making it a straight line instead? I think I'll leave it as is, it adds a little to the map plus there's nothing really wrong with it
00:37:122 (1,2,3) - move 3 downwards so that you can get perfect triangle? Fixed
01:02:677 (3,1) - this blanket is very close, move 1 to the left more so that there is more space in between the objects Fixed
01:12:677 (1,2) - ctrl+h and change the angle of 1 for better flow into 2 ill fiddle around with it
01:52:677 (1,2) - fix blanket Fixed
01:54:899 (1,2) - ^ Fixed

Please ignore my note/slider placement on the timeline, i do that to show make my point more clearer

[General]
  1. BG could be improved to 1366x768 its 1365x768

[Easiest diff]
  1. 00:33:788 (2,3) - fix pixel blanket, experiment on the timeline with sliders to see it
  2. 00:57:122 (2) - you're breaking DS here
  3. 01:01:566 (2,1) - fix blanket
  4. 01:45:640 (2,3) - ^
[Normal]
  1. 00:36:010 (2) - why use this for those sound when you used 00:33:788 (2) - this for the same sounds and it looks nicer, why? Kepp consistency
  2. 00:40:085 (2) - fix up DS

[Final Words]

It's a simple map so there isn't much errors tbh, like it's fine but just make sure you use DS consistently across the 2 diffs since they are after all easy and Normal. You could actually invest in a name for the Normal diff since that can be called whatever you wish, ofc that's optional but imo that would be a nice addition

  1. 00:42:677 (2,4,5) - Kinda weird that these are the same sounds yet expressed differently in this case, just make it something like this i guess. Or like 1 2 3
  2. 02:01:566 (1,2) - Just make this a slider, it felt weird hearing it as circles .-.
