try to set nc every 4 or 8 white lines when the drum beat is regular(but it doesnt means u should do them at all of those part, just for a better flow). an ex: from 02:59:780 (6) - to 03:07:665 (7), imo nc will be set at:
02:59:780 (6) - 03:01:151 (2) - 03:02:522 (2) - 03:03:894 (2) - 03:05:265 (2).

This song use drum quite frequently, so try to follow some of the hearable drum beat which would improve the hit feel imo. for ex: 00:48:122 and 00:52:065 and 00:53:608 u can use a note to follow the hearable drum beat, not only follow those electronic voice.
(for me id like to make almost every white and red lines have notes/sliders unless the vocal is much more stronger then the beat or the volume is quite low lol)

and idk why u use many nc in the long streams. r u try to follow something like vocal? imo that's unnecessary cuz we often use nc to divise different parts of the song, but for streams we use them to show and emphasize high speed drums/rhythms, which is an ensemble. so for those streams which notes count <16 just use 1 cb at the beginning will be better.(or u can use a 1~8+9~ to fit the rhythm)

also, in ur map there is many unregular triangle/star jumps, like 00:59:094 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) . r u just want to make them unregular? if no, then plz check those jumps and make sure they are regular.

01:16:237 (3) - avoid using sv change here, cuz at 01:14:180 (1) - u use the same pattern with 3 equal-sv sliders so that may confuse players. why not just keep 1.0x sv and put 4 parallel slliders here (or make a pattern if u want)?

02:54:980 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5) - try not put those notes that close which imo will probably bad for read. u can just draw a "u" pattern here to make some curvature. also imo u should set a nc at 02:55:665 (3) - just because here is a new bar of the music.
02:56:008 (9,10) - NOOOOOOOOOO dont follow those negligable noices when ther is HEARABLE AND STRONGER DRUM BEATS! that will ABSOLUTELY a disaster for players' ears and playability.
05:28:922 (1,2) - for those previous 6,7,8 its ok to use 1/4 sliders cuz there are 3 cute "doo-doo-doo", but here doesnt have those sudden sounds so its inproper imo
05:46:408 (6) - arrange a 1~5 jump here will looks better. simply use a switch back slider doesnt fit very well those drums imo

summary: its pretty easy songs to map, but you should choose what you want to emphasize and why.
switching between bassline and vocal line is acceptable but not like every 5-7 seconds cuz you never know what sound line you following when you playing it.

The swaps between vocal and bass is because the songs switch which is more emphasized, for example 00:41:265 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4) - these are not like the previous pattern because the bassline was almost unhearable before but now its put right out in front at this part. the pattern changes are a way to follow the difference in pitch in the background.

Also for 01:11:265 (4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - This is following the lyrics I don't see what the issue is because its following the lyrics both right before and right after as well

I have taken what USEFUL things you've said in consideration but you exaggerate a lot, unless the bass is hugely emphasized or lyrics are absent, the entire map follows the lyrics. except for very few (as in 3 or less) exceptions

i used to be more nice to things like this, but seems like you dont really understand what exactly you want to show, and your map lacks the global ideas.

I have watched that video and he even makes it clear when rhythm emphasis changes in the song, so can the rhythm emphasis of the map.

I changed the part you mentioned but the rest of the map changing when bass is emphasized is fine

Really like the map but the beginning part (like 1min) feels terribly random.

Also I'm not sure but I think the offset may be slightly off, I moved everything by 10 and I think it feels better. But that may be just me. Good luck

00:24:808 (1,2,3) - This doesn't make much sense if you're following the vocals, this might be more consistent with the vocal line and the previous mapping:
00:26:008 (1,2,3,4,5) - Doesn't really feel like it matches the vocals and then immediately switches to the bassline. I'd rather wait until 00:28:922 (1) because that's when the bass starts kicking in and look for a smoother transition.
00:35:437 (5) - Replace with a hitcircle.
01:33:208 (4,5,6) - Feels weird
01:34:580 (4,5,6) - If you're following the bassline, then don't map the vocals for a couple of seconds and then continue with the bass. The pause, hitcircle and pause again breaks the momentum.
01:37:837 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Another sudden stop and switch to vocals.
02:22:751 (6) - This slider looks so 2006-ish :D

Kiai #2 should start at 02:47:437 (1) and end a beat after 03:07:665 (7).
Kiai #3 should start at 03:31:322 (2), end time is ok.
Kiai #4 should end at 04:48:122 (5), start time is ok.
Kiai #5 should end at 05:37:322 (4), start time is ok.
There should be a kiai between 05:38:865 (1) and 06:00:808 (3).
Kiai #6 looks fine.
Kiai #7 should end at 07:27:208 (1).

On a more general view, I felt like there was a lack of triples, especially when it comes to following the bassline because it usually allows for them more than the vocals and make it less plain than just using sliders. Also the "back and forth" pattern might be nice if ocasionally used but it feels a bit overused: 02:53:608 (3,4,5,6) - 03:06:637 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - 03:26:351 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - 03:31:837 (1,2,3,4,5) - 03:42:808 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - 04:11:094 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7), etc. Please considering adding other patterns because it starts to feel repetitive after a few uses.

those stars didnt actually mean to be stars but since you pointed them out i made them stars ^^ and didnt think that such an aesthetic difference blanketing notes even 4 ticks apart would be a thing, thank you for the mod i posted mine for your map :)
