Hitsounds were overhauled in STD diffs except Shiroi's and Kitty's parts since they didn't copy my HS
If anyone wants to revert back to the old HS (in case I misremember something), don't update because I don't keep a backup for it (I forgot xd)

This is to get rid of all inconsistencies, and to make the HS a bit more systematical xd

Reworked whistles and silent hitnormal (drum sampleset)

00:01:540 (1) - to 00:07:540 (1) - whistle all piano sounds. If they are chords, a drum sampleset will be added.

00:13:540 (1) - to 00:25:540 (1) - mostly the same

Recheck, it's been a too long while so I may point out same thing I pointed out before (and got rejected) again.

[General]
* Both Modding Assistant and Unused Hitsound Checker say normal-hitwhistle.wav is not used. Are you sure you used this somewhere?
* soft-hitwhistle3.wav seems to actually be an mp3 file. Like MA pointed out, Goldwave also says this (see the bottom). I converted it to a proper wave file for you: https://puu.sh/sZyXb/e81cc68ba4.wav
* I think the overall volume is too low. For most of the notes they're fine(but I'd still prefer them to be louder) since they have additional hitsounds, but for the ones that only have the hitnormal, they sound too quiet. Maybe try increasing all of them by around 10%. Also I think from 00:13:540 - to 00:25:540 - should be louder than from 00:25:540 - to 00:37:540 - . 01:27:031 - This part sounds too quiet(especially when it gets to 15%) as well since the vocal isn't that quiet, it's just the instruments are gone.
* For all diffs: Try to adjust some hitsounds to fit the current rhythm. For example, in Easy, 01:10:531 (3) - sounds weird because the constant 2-beat whistle is suddenly gone, while it was on 01:10:343 - on the hardest diff instead. Remember that copying hitsounds from a diff to another doesn't always work, and you'll probably need some adjustment after that. Similar things happen on other diffs too and I want all of you to check for these by yourselves first.
* 00:30:227 - Why whistle here while not on 00:30:977 - ?

[Easy]
* 01:03:031 (1,2) - Okay so you have a 1/2 transition here, and I think it works pretty well because the vocal wants it. But for 01:15:031 (1,2,3,4) - , I don't feel any necessity to do this. The white ticks have stronger sounds. It's better to avoid 1/2 transitions when it's possible and doesn't hurt the song much.
Now if you simplify those as just 1/1s, 01:03:031 (1,2) - will be the only 1/2 transition left, and I think, using a reverse 3/2 slider would work nicely here. You just started kiai, and imo introducing such a hard element(1/2 transition) right away is too much for new players.

But in many cases I don't really get them since you usually just use distance snaps for very similar sounds but sometimes you just put extremely big jumps for sounds that doesn't sound any particularly loud or important. Just like this one, I don't think they deserve jumps at all. They're just regular piano sounds.
* 01:01:540 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Okay, now here's my new thoughts about this. Let's think of some other patterns. In the ubkrc's proposed guidelines, it says "Avoid streams longer than 5 notes" and this is like 7 notes+1/4 reverse, which is way too much complicated. * 00:10:540 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - I remember you rejected this but I want you to reconsider your decision. 00:11:852 (8) - is really out of place. They're all equal sounds and it can be divided to 4-4 notes. 00:10:540 (1,2,3,4) - does that nicely, but 00:11:290 (5,6,7,8) - this one does not.
* 00:27:790 (3,4,5,1) - Very weird movement. There isn't any important sound on the red tick compared to the white ticks, so why does the transition occur between those? I'd suggest something like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/6884242 .
* 00:33:415 (3,4,5) - There's no reason for this spacing to be inconsistent with others. Just use 1.20x for the structure.

* 00:44:665 (4,5) - I know you wanted to put a bit of jump here, but it rather hurts the spacing logic and make this look like random. Why not just use same spacing?
* 01:00:415 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - hmmmmmmmmmmmm some strange things here. First, the drum really just starts from 01:01:540 - but the current pattern starts the stream action from the blue tick, which doesn't really make sense with the music. Also, the 1/4 jump from 6 to 1 is kinda excessive and unexpected. So, try this instead: Finish 01:00:415 (1) - on 01:01:446 - (and mute the sliderend). Put a circle, spaced out from 01:00:415 (1) - , on 01:01:540 - and NC it. 01:02:102 (1) - No jump here.

Decreased the first portion of the verse by 5. And raised the last bits by 5.
* For all diffs: Try to adjust some hitsounds to fit the current rhythm. For example, in Easy, 01:10:531 (3) - sounds weird because the constant 2-beat whistle is suddenly gone, while it was on 01:10:343 - on the hardest diff instead. Remember that copying hitsounds from a diff to another doesn't always work, and you'll probably need some adjustment after that. Similar things happen on other diffs too and I want all of you to check for these by yourselves first. I adjusted a lot of things xd. That thing i posted was just a template. I copied that to each diff and changed this and that. If you see anything off it's a mistake xd not me being lazy. but this thing is intentional; I made hitsound according to the sounds in the music, so if the sound in the music is missing, so is the hitsound.
* 00:30:227 - Why whistle here while not on 00:30:977 - ? ay nice catch. removed.

[Easy]
* 01:03:031 (1,2) - Okay so you have a 1/2 transition here, and I think it works pretty well because the vocal wants it. But for 01:15:031 (1,2,3,4) - , I don't feel any necessity to do this. The white ticks have stronger sounds. It's better to avoid 1/2 transitions when it's possible and doesn't hurt the song much.
Now if you simplify those as just 1/1s, 01:03:031 (1,2) - will be the only 1/2 transition left, and I think, using a reverse 3/2 slider would work nicely here. You just started kiai, and imo introducing such a hard element(1/2 transition) right away is too much for new players. agreeable on 01:16:531 (3,4) -, but for 01:03:031 (1,2) - and 01:15:031 (1,2) - , i tried them and found they don't fit orz. maybe because of how the vocals are structured and their intensity.
