Needs lead in time (atleast 1sec, 1.5sec preferable).
00:39:939 (7) - I suppose this antijump is intentional, although weird as hell to me.
02:11:405 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Snapped on 1/8.
03:07:742 - On this bpm change some notes aren't snapped properly.

Since this was IRC, I didn't bother confirming, but i should. Fixed all of the above.

Just as a disclaimer, this mod is based on ZERO gameplay, because, well, I think the reason is fairly apparent.

Maybe skin out the sectionpass/fail images/sounds? It'd keep the effect during 02:46:893 - much cooler, imo

In the general design arena, I personally disliked the way some of the straight lines of notes clashed with each other, but honestly, it's a personal thing there. Just looking at the first combo of 6 notes made me cringe, hehe. 00:47:439 (1) - This combo also related. Anyway, just my personal bias here. :P Edit: fack I'm redundant, but too lazy to edit it out now that I've typed this statement out.

00:12:402 (4) - Was this stream meant to be curved like that? If so, make it more obvious. Right now it looks tacky against the many other quite-straight lines.
00:38:029 (9,10) - Stack these so you have a nicer looking pattern that resembles what you did with the combo after it
00:48:666 (7,8,9) - Not really positioned well in comparison to the next combo. May look better with 8 up two grids, and 9 up one grid.
01:28:280 (8) - <3 the effect of this here, though I find it strange that, given how closely you're following the music, that you didn't start mapping at 01:29:302 -
01:42:257 (8) - Random wavy slider ftw!
01:56:575 (9,10) - These finishing eighth notes' spacing for each phrase is inconsistent.
02:02:848 (8,9,10,11) - Move these down and left a couple grids to adjust for the stacking.
02:34:211 (4) - Aligned how you want them?
02:36:393 (4) - ^
02:39:802 (6) - ^
02:46:484 (4,5,6) - Move down and left to adjust for stacking
04:03:831 - No note here to finish off the phrase? For shame.

Meh, I can't mod maps like this, sorry. It's quite well-constructed visually, though, so kudos for that. Good luck getting this beast through~
