So judging by my plays should i continue playing nomod until i hit a certain pp or should i start trying mods. also should i learn hd or hr first

I applaud you for doing so well as a Nomod player when Low acc DT players are taking over osu. While I am a lower rank than you, I can suggest a few mods that I benefited from using.
Learning hidden is a good way to increase scores by ~10%, and once you learn it, you can read it really well, I learned HD at rank 100,000 and it has helped me improve. I can read maps with HD allost as well as Nomod.
At your rank, learning hard rock would be a challenge, but it can greatly improve PP from maps. An FC on this map https://osu.ppy.sh/s/391823 gives you ~150 pp, but an HR FC can give you over 300. I am trying to learn HR now at rank 30,000, and it is hard, but if you have good acc, it can really pay off.
FL is not a mod often used for pp. But I bet you knew that.
Azer discusses DT here https://youtu.be/U_r3tujJyiY . IF you can acc it, then try it out, but if you can't, I'd try something else.
