Hello fellow Canadian 8) 
first, the artist of the song is (most likely, I don't know) not the Pokemon company because its a remix (look up the song and see who made it)
second, you CAN put Pokemon Black and White in the source bar under song setup, maybe not since its a remix
Now about the map part itself
The map will become alot more playable if you find the rhythm to it and map accordingly (the rhythm is a steady beat that you use to place notes, it is usually the same throughout the whole song) also try to avoid irregular beats (try to play the map yourself and if its irregular its most likely harder to time your clicks, to prevent this, using rhythm will help alot) and irregular movements (the placement of notes that makes it harder to play, basically if the way you move to the next note is irregular and uncomfortable, it'll make the map harder to play and most people probably wont like it)
