Use more consistent Distance Snap. As it is there's a general lack of structure and a lot of the spacing feels random. It's an Extra, so varying it is totally fine, but keep it consistent for similar sounds, and in general use it to emphasize stronger sounds.
00:12:000 (2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4) - I'm 99% sure there's no sound on the red ticks here. Also your emphasis doesn't make much sense to me, the spacing is increasing while the sounds become quieter.
00:16:500 (5) - could make this more spaced, it's by far the most intense sound in this part. Might have to change the entire second pattern though for this to work properly with both aesthetics and spacing to the start of the stream.
00:21:000 (1) - You've spaced the sound on this tick quite far apart otherwise, should probably do that here as well since it fits.
00:22:688 (2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - You've skipped the final blue tick in the first two streams, but not in the last. Should probably make this consistent. 00:34:500 (5) - The red tick here is more intense than the white tick, make it something clickable (circle or sliderstart), I'd suggest just making both the white and red tick circles (with appropriate spacing).
00:35:625 (3) - Move this further down, rotate it counter-clockwise and/or curve it less, as it is it neither looks nor plays well.
00:38:062 (6,7) - If you make this a triple this fits better and becomes more interesting to play as well. (spaced, curved to the left would probably be best, like this: ).
00:39:000 (1,2) - Does this and the consequent ones really deserve this little spacing, considering that there are vocals here, making it pretty intense compared to previous parts? I like the pattern though (but you should make the sliders visually consistent = all curved the same amount).
00:40:500 (5) - Deserves larger spacing since it's more intense than (1) and (3) before it. At the very least spacing shouldn't be less than on the jump to (3).
00:42:000 (1) - I'd put the NC on 00:42:375 (2) instead. The vocals on (1) are the same word as the previous one, so NCing there doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Also, there's a larger gap to (2) and the vocals feel seperate, so it's a bit confusing if that's not NC'd.
00:42:750 (5,6) - Map this as a stream maybe? Just a suggestion, would fit better imo and make a nice intro into the following, more intense part.
00:45:750 (2,3) - You have the beat on (2) with lower spacing than the really quiet sound on (3), should be either the same spacing or the other way around.

Basically, while playing you'll probably move to the center of the buzzslider (and stay at the sliderstart for kicksliders), so just try to make the visual distance consistent. For kicksliders, ctrl-g them to get the actual spacing value, then ctrl-g them back after you've placed the following note. As it is, this looks inconsistent because the visual spacing between the slider and the note isn't the same as between the notes before. Also, try to avoid overlap.
00:44:812 (1) - No reason for NC on these. Just put them on 00:45:000 (2) and 00:46:500 (2) since those are the most distinct sounds.
