Toybot

  • OD is the same as Insane so how about OD 8.5/9? It would put in somewhat between Insane and top diff and better fit the diff with it being more stream intensive than the Insane
  1. 00:42:585 (1) - I was thinking having this flow in a different direction than 00:42:334 (1) like all the other patterns would be better for your map. How about a small restructure
  2. 02:30:588 (1,2,1,2) - Feels a sin to map this rhythm as full kick sliders. You mapped the drums/guitar well with 02:28:577 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2) so it would be nice to carry on with that. the predominant beats land on 02:30:588 (1) - 02:30:923 (1) - so when you create rhythms like 02:30:588 (1,2,1,2,1) - where the gaps in between are clickable and every object is of similar spacing it takes away all emphasis from the predominant beats
  3. 02:58:074 (1) - Delete NC, just because there is an SV increase it looks very similar to 02:57:739 (2,3) . When playing the NC might get a player to expect something way out the ordinary when it in essence it plays exactly like the 2 kick sliders before it. Tbh I have no idea what the SV change accomplishes but that's a different question.
  4. 02:58:242 (1) to 03:00:588 (3) - Just a suggestion, it would be nice if you could use a lower spacing here. It would create more of a contrast between the section before it and the start of the kiai mm kinda hard for me to fix, i don't really want to ruin toybot's structure too much here, and i think its fine
  5. Do you think it would be worth NC-ing the parts at the end of the kiai, 01:08:898 (2,3,4) , 02:18:689 (2,3,4) , 03:16:342 (4,5,6) for visual consistency with your other patterns that use the same rhythm such as 01:51:873 (1,1,1) ? ill use a single NC for distinction, but i don't think its necessary to NC spam here
  6. 03:28:577 (2,3,4) - I think it would be really nice to change this pattern up a bit. It plays almost exactly like 03:29:080 (1,2,3) - (since most players would just play the kick sliders by clicking the heads) and it makes it so there is almost no contrast between the 2 despite the music changing dramatically
  7. 00:45:015 (1,1) - The spacing is lot lower here compared to the other patterns which took quite a bit of umph

others fixed

also replying for doormat since hes ded

Doormat
  1. 00:11:412 (4) - 02:01:259 (6) - 03:00:253 (4) - Just a suggestion, I think turning these 1/2 slider sinto circle would be a great fit. Given the amount of 1/2 sliders in the entire map using them here doesn't give as much impact as one may like to see. i think 1/2 sliders make sense here, and it doesn't really seem practical to leave the 3/2 polarity either
  2. 03:03:773 (5) - I would recommend a circle here as I don't see why this should be a different object from 03:03:437 (4) when it's mapping the same type of vocals. I don't believe mapping the snare at 03:03:940 is necessary as it's not part of your rhythm layer imo its better to map out the snares,
it gives for better hitsounding in general, also he does the same in the other kiais too :S
