Planning an osu! Fiasco RPG?

Hey guys, I have been increasingly interested in an RPG called Fiasco with its main focus on storytelling. There's no combat or skill resolutions, but there are a few dice involved which help determine your character, the setting, the climax, and the sorts. It's a narrative-heavy RPG that requires no DM. (Which means I will be participating :P) It does, have some rules that must be followed and so I will be purchasing a rulebook for that. Even though the game has no DM, I will at least help manage the session while we are in it. I don't know the full mechanics of the game, so there isn't much I can tell you. However, the theme around it consists of scenarios in the same vein of Coen Brothers movies. (:P Although I have not watched any myself) Other than that and a few "Playsets" that help determine the characters, their mentality, and the setting, the game is fairly freeform.

I am trying to push this game for a board game night I will be having, but there is a fairly strong chance that I will not have any other reason to use the game after that. And so I turn to the osu! community. I am curious as to how much interest there is in me hosting a session of this on the forums through a PBF (play-by-forum) method. I'm not sure how well Fiasco will translate to forums, but I can imagine that it will take a very long time, perhaps well over a month for a single session? It's all part of the learning process, so we will never know. If things seem to kick off well, we can translate some of our games over some sort of chat or IM platform. And maybe some other enthusiastic players may be willing to purchase their own rulebooks and "host" some more games for others on the site as well?

Any takers? If there are enough people enthusiastically interested (games accommodate 3-5 players each) in a game, I will be willing to host one.

EDIT: Whoops! Forgot to add a link to the actual RPG, since it has a sample of rules and whatnot here.

hmmm I may or may not be interested in this, get back to me when you've figured out how it'll work and if it'll work at all

I may simply buy the rulebook for the heck of it. It would seem like a rather good "nightstand read." Also, although this isn't exactly an explanation of the mechanics, this is what the RPG strives for according to the site.

THINGS CAN GO WRONG, FAST…

…Maybe some dude from youth group talked you into boosting a case of motor oil, but now your cousin is dead in a swamp and you killed him. Maybe you and your girlfriend figured you could scare your wife into a divorce, but things went pear-shaped and now a gang of cranked-up Mexicans with latex gloves and a pit bull are looking for you.

It seemed like such a good idea at the time.

Fiasco is inspired by cinematic tales of small time capers gone disastrously wrong – inspired by films like Blood Simple, Fargo, The Way of the Gun, Burn After Reading, and A Simple Plan. You’ll play ordinary people with powerful ambition and poor impulse control. There will be big dreams and flawed execution. It won’t go well for them, to put it mildly, and in the end it will probably all go south in a glorious heap of jealousy, murder, and recrimination. Lives and reputations will be lost, painful wisdom will be gained, and if you are really lucky, your guy just might end up back where he started.

Fiasco is a GM-less game for 3-5 players, designed to be played in a few hours with six-sided dice and no preparation. During a game you will engineer and play out stupid, disastrous situations, usually at the intersection of greed, fear, and lust. It’s like making your own Coen brothers movie, in about the same amount of time it’d take to watch one.
