I decided to complicate things a little by adjusting the timing. Give the following a check to see if you agree with it:
Section 1:
BPM: 110.00
Offset: 4963
Section 2:
BPM: 109.90
Offset: 39867
Couple suggestions for other difficulties
Easy:
In general, try to avoid placing notes right after a spinner, allowing for two full beats before the next object. This will allow players to re-orient themselves more easily after clearing a spinner.
00:40:433 (1) - Sliders like this are cramped and the number of repeats are hard to read. When it's only one this isn't so bad, but one comes along later at 01:08:797 (1) and throws off the pattern/expectation
Normal:
Everything's a little cramped. I'd suggest either: shrink the notes 1 circle size, or space everything out a bit more.
