Scoreboard flash effect option to turn off

i like when i play osu with the country ranking, but the problem is when i pass a player in the scoreboard there is a flash and it distract me so much and i would like to desactivate that flash

We have the ability to show/hide the scoreboard during gameplay though.

I don't think this would be a useful idea, first of all 90% of players hide the scoreboard.

as a player who plays with scoreboard on this would be a good idea, make it sligthly less disturbing.
also just because only 10% (where did you get these numbers? did you ask every single player?) use it doesnt mean its unuseful.

Do that many people disable it?
I'd say it's the other way around (7.7 mln players are disabling it? Wow)

Back to topic, I can see this being useful, especially when playing on toasters

This is especially deadly when playing with HD in on standard. I want this to be a skinnable element. You could make it less intrusive or style it to fit your skin design.
