Maybe the sound would need a d but a k goes well in your overall pattern and -as i said- avoid repetition // While it sounds reasonable to change it to k from a variation pov, I don't think it's a necessary thing to do as the sounds on 00:17:376 (13,14) - are the same and having one of them be a k while the other one is a d doesn't feel reasonable to me. Also, they are too dull to make both a k.
Same for the part right afer, having no note on this particular sound makes it feel really weird.
