00:50:122 (1) - There needs to be more recovery time after this spinner ends. You could end the spinner at 00:53:242 to allow more time for recovery.
01:28:282 (3) - Add a new combo.

00:17:242 (6) - and 00:17:482 (7) - Un-stack these notes. I don't feel that 3 stacked notes would belong in a Normal difficulty.
01:27:802 (1) - This slider should be a part of the previous combo.

01:26:842 (4) - Add a new combo here.
01:34:522 (1) - Extend this slider to the next white tick. It sounds incomplete when it's on an offbeat.

00:05:002 Put it down of the reverse slider not in it
00:06:202 If you are going to map that sound I would lower the volume of it by at least 30%
00:07:882 Put the following slider in the same spot as the 5
00:09:802 Make this a reverse slider
00:18:202 Make this follow the tail of the previous slider so put it more down
00:18:922 Lower this one I guess you don't wouldn't want to because you won't have space and will have to move everything, tough one.
00:27:562 Remove reverse slider add normal slider
00:39:802 Make this a reverse slider add HC after it ends
01:05:002 Make this part of the next combo
01:21:802 Make this 2 beats of length instead of 1 removing the (4)
01:29:962 Make the tail end going down or replace slider with two HC in the same spot

Let's start.

  1. Normal means nazi, feel free to ignore them
  2. Blue means I strongly suggest your doing so, but not a must
  3. Red represents for unrankable stuff, you'd better fix them

    [General]
    1. About metadata, 森良太 is the composer of the song. You can add his name into the tags. It doesn't matter with ranking.
    [Easy]
    Generally speaking, I guess this diff is good. I partly don't like the hitsound and some sliders though.
    1. 00:03:322 (4) - The custom whistle sounds weird here. I personally prefer to use the custom clap as you did on 3.
    2. 00:39:802 (2) - There's also a syllable in vocal on the tail of this slider. Strongly suggest adding a clap here.
    3. 00:44:602 (3) - I guess you've copied and pasted all these kind of sliders. However this one seems a bit ugly here. Consider moving the second tick a bit lower so that it lays around the middle of the slider?
    4. 00:48:442 (3) - ^, but a bit righter here
    5. 01:23:002 (1) - I prefer to make this one the same shape as 01:22:042 (5)
    [Hard]
    1. 00:05:002 (2) - Very misleading spacing here. Try moving it farer.
    2. 00:08:122 - The soft normal hit sound can be clearly heard here, and I don't feel very good about this. I'd suggest a lower volumn, about 45% from here.
    3. 00:31:882 (3) - Move the second tick lower to make the flow better.
    4. 00:48:922 (2) - It ends in the direction of left while the next note is on the upper side, which caused a bad flow. Make it normally end to upper side will be better imo.
    5. 01:03:802 (1) - I didn't see the point why New Combo here.

    2. 00:26:362 (6) - The same issue as mentioned in Easy diff. This kind of sliders seem strange especially while moving from top to bottom.

That's all for me! The existing diffs are kinda nice. However, I think it far easier for this Hard diff to be the highest diff for a 125 BPM song. Even with this rhythm and beats you can make it harder by increasing distance.
Anyway, good luck for ranking! You've mapped much better than I did before the first rank :>
