checking snaps on this song is so tiring
hi btw, came cuz you, chaoslitz and garden pm'd me, but i was going to do it anyway

  1. 00:40:889 (5,6,7) - this jump feels a bit overdone for such a calm section in comparison to the others, i don't think it's really suitable since people can get frustrated in such a chill part, introdutory jumps are fine but such spikes are a bit sad
  2. 01:43:808 (1,2) - while the song has a little pause effect that was represented pretty well on 03:47:051 (1) - and 04:46:726 (1) - respectivelly, you tried to represent it with a kick and a circle, representing something way denser and active than the song provides. i know it's not completely bad but maybe it's cool to consider
  3. 02:02:619 (1) - 04:05:862 (3) - inconsistent NCs, i'd rather remove 02:02:619 (1) - actually
  4. 02:36:349 (3,4,5) - that should be 1/6, compare with 02:33:754 (1,2,3,4) - were you followed this background accurately, also 02:36:592 (4) - seems like covering nothing in special. This also happens on 02:43:646 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1) -, where you clearly followed 02:43:376 (4) - with 1/6s and randomly switched to 1/4 while the basis is still the same. 02:43:727 (2) - 02:44:051 (5) - 02:44:376 - etc seems like having no specific beat, just a constant sound (except for 02:44:376 -)
  5. 02:46:240 (2) - that's definitely not 1/6 it's 1/8 but you can also simplify with 1/4 if you want aswell prob
  6. 04:04:889 (4,5,6,1) - in my opinion this kick (04:05:051 (6) -) has nearly no effect since it's super close to the next object that also basically starts a new section with stream sounds. doing something else or giving the transition more impact with more spacing or something would be great
  7. 04:52:808 (8) - i'd remove this beat as done on 03:53:132 - and 01:49:889 - cuz seems pure overmap and a bit random as there are 1/6 beats on the background. try adding something on 04:53:132 - as there is a drum there

had a small talk with lolicore regarding this overmap above, basically the map uses this technique a bunch of times to make the map more intuitive and appealing, as you can see on 00:56:782 (4,5,6,7,1) - 01:08:457 (8,9,10,11,1) - 01:46:727 (2,3,4,5,6) - etc. using overmaps should be fine as far as you do it consistently and not randomly without any reason to

I think i wasn't intended to map the 1/6s in the past so i used a 1/4 silder to represent the kick instead, both case sounds fine for me imo
