peppy disabled the function that you get votes every (whatever) only those who have some remaining from before have stars and can drop them (vote stars are not the same as kudosu stars)
I like this... I had found myself wondering before why I couldn't change the title text as easily as the circle colors.
Bumping this thread, because I believe is something that could be useful to mappers/storyborders/MAT to change the title text themselves (in case if they really want to) instead of depending on BATS and Admins to change it for you. In addition, it is less hassle for the moderator and more benefit for you.

Finding perfect matching RGB colors isn't that easy, unless you know what you're doing.
The timing might be easier though
This could be useful to experiment unlimited times without poking all the BATs in the world.
The one who'll rank/approve it should check it before that. So that the user didn't ruin anything

I'm not sure how much work it'd take, but if it's possible, then I definitely support it.
I can't think of any way this could be abused so why not? If it is, it should appear while testplaying.

Totally forgot you could even do this, definitely worth including since it promotes creativity in mapping/SBing, and BNs/QATs could check for any issues or abuse in the same way as anything else.

I think the idea can be "This feature can be used if the map has been ranked/qualified."
So that's means its visible for normal users when their map has been ranked/qualfied

Bumping this. I don't see any possibility of this being abused. Its really an underused feature so why not give it some love? As far as I can remember, you can change the scrolling speed and text colors of the song title and artist name.
Don't have any stars left but definitely worth supporting! I've always loved the custom titles.
