Why does my FPS counter not show my FPS?
Instead it shows the delay in ms and my Hz counter on the homescreen?

MS is not delay. it is the inverse of your FPS (so its seconds per frame). its supposed to show that.
and Hz is the refresh rate of your monitor, so that means you have fps limiter on unlimited. it shows your Hz since technically your screen cant put more frames on itself than its refresh rate

Then if you reach max, It should be at about 0.5ms

Is there any other problems / questions you have related to this?

If I use Fraps for example it says round about 1980-2030 FPS
I got 0,7ms

Sounds close enough, 0.5ms was just a rounded estimated number.

Can I mark resolved? Or do you require info on anything else? Because I don't see any problem here.

The only problem I have is that FPS counter does not show my FPS.
Instead I need to use external programs
