Seems like your timing isn't correct, 270 is too high for this song -> Check this Thread out:)
Notes are wrong placed (they have to be on the White or red tick all the time except if they are placed right behind any note. In my opinion you should try to map something easier for the start, something you can even play to have the possibility to test it. I'm sorry for my bad english, but I tried my best to help you

Man offset is the time
just put bpm and offset it will determine the time automatically
