Oh and how do some people get those little memes or thoes rectangley spaces under their post that are decorations? e.x Whether if they're online or not, little memes, their player level etc...

You're better off getting the osu! tablet since it's more cheap. For your question question, are you referring to signatures? Also, avoid double posting. Just edit your previous.

I had a H420 for some time and recently got a CTL-480 and It's so much better, If you want my advice I would say spend more for a CTL-480 it's worth it.

NO Don't get the H420 get an XP-PEN G430 its the same size and battery free pen!

I also have a CTL-480 and agree with you on this. I would personally recommend the CTL-480, but as Pawsu said...
