My theory is, guy got piss arse drunk, thought it'd be awesome to climb the tower in his pantsu then either fell asleep, or passed out at the top and died in his sleep, somehow still hanging onto the tower due to the cold?

Oh hi.

An autopsy shows that Gallap died of blunt force trauma after apparently jumping from high on the tower and landing on a gate.

Though this makes you wonder how the body got up there, of course.
