So my friend got restricted recently. First of all, he doesn't know why he got restricted. He only got a chat warning once because he accidently spammed x and y in the lobby chat but that was a long time ago. He filled out the form to appeal his restriction about 2 weeks ago but he didn't get an answer yet. How long can it take to get unrestricted and how does he find out why he got restricted?
