Here is my wrist in its normal state

this has happened recently, causing me to quit standard and went to mania
but
it isn't as fun


so pls help me guys

I think its safe to assume that your wrist is in its playing state. But seriously though, I can't ever keep my grip the same when using a pen on any map challenging for me unless I force myself to change back to the original grip as the song is playing.

well it doesnt really hurt, it's just tiring. I mean very tiring, it drains out my stamina (because when i try to aim, that really held my mouse down)

can't really show you the right grip since it varies from different people, but as long it is relatively comfortable it should be fine.

This doesn't happen to me. If you consciously stop doing it by fixing your wrist position and then learning to move without going back to it, you can get rid of it. Just be more aware of your hand position and fix it anytime you notice something you don't want to do.

long story short, stop doing it if you don't want to

If I'm playing for a while my wrist will eventually do the same thing except it will go counter clockwise instead.

I just force my hand the other way and it seems to help, though it makes playing a bit awkward.

Looks approximately like how I hold my mouse. I don't know how it ended up like that, but after noticing how I always kept my mouse in that position after playing, I've just come to accept it and started to purposely begin playing in that position.
