  3. 00:09:392 (9392|2) - Maybe finish that Ln at 00:09:595, we can clearly hear the sound finish there and do the same for the other Ln like this one. But I don't really think it's bad like it is right now. It's up to you.
  4. 00:21:554 (21554|1) - You can move it to col 2, since this 00:21:419 (21419|2) - is the same sound.
  5. 00:25:293 and 00:25:383 I guess you intentionally omit to put notes there, but I don't see any reason to not put them.

- So after looking into the song online, I found out that this is an alias artist name. His real artist name is "cosMo@BousouP". Would put the real artist name in the tags.

My reasoning to this is that I don't see the need of having 00:26:554 (26554|2) - this match up with 00:26:014 (26014|2) - this. They're are two different sound so I think it's a good way to separate the two.
- 00:54:122 I would add a note on column 4 here because I really think that the LN and symbol clashing should be two different things and not a LN with a symbol HS
Overall, nice diff! :D

- 01:32:230 to 01:33:041 why leave it empty? I think you could do with at least an LN.
