Easy:

00:12:303 (4) - 1.0 space?
00:21:031 (4) - ^
00:55:939 (2) - to x:280, y:168 (and move following notes accordingly)
01:13:939 (4) - up 1 grid
01:26:485 (2) - down 1 grid

Normal:

00:12:303 (2) - move to x:420 y:128 so following look like nice triangle
00:28:122 (4,6) - fix this overlap
01:19:121 (1) - change this to 1/4
01:34:667 (1,2) - destack?

Hard:

00:12:303 (7) - something like this would look better http://puu.sh/hArK
00:21:030 (9) - move center point to x: 236, y:208
00:38:485 (2,3) - move both to x:200, y:212 looks better imo
00:56:894 (2,3) - suggestion: turn into slider?
01:11:757 (6,7,8) - copy paste 01:07:394 (4,5,6) - and flip it so it looks better
01:21:031 (5) - move to x:276, y:180 (and adjust spacing afterward)
