spread wise, i feel like you are missing something around 3*, but i don't know if that's okay or not.

the final spinner in each diff - extend the spinner to the next tick because the music doesn't end on the blue tick, and consider lowering the volume of it as well in each difficulty

something that i don't mention in the mod but i want to (this is fine your way, but personally)
throughout your diffs, you have this kind of pattern:
00:04:993 - right here, you end a slider, but there is a strong note in the music, so try replacing with something like this, https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/5818529 so that the player actually clicks when the piano plays, like you did here 00:10:204 (2,4) . i do realize that there is a chord on the note that you emphasize, but the piano is so much louder, that i think that you should emphasize the piano instead of the softer chord.
this is what fox may be talking about when he says that he can' feel the rhythm.
this happens a lot in the insane, and some in the rest of the set.
just something to think about, but probably just my weird preferences.

Seems you have not seen many maps taiko. I felt that muzuashii was easy that it seemed as Futsuu and oni as muzukashii so in oni has triple enough ddd, kkk for example in 00:26:785 (127,128,129) - Most players prefer the kdd, ddk kkd, dkk so it is somewhat random because it is based on oni. However in muzukashii are triples as ddd, kkk in general as it also is considered sound...
