A lot of inconsistency with spacing, for example: 00:07:114 (1,2,3) - 00:23:810 (3,4,5) - . If you connected them like doubles, you can't just use constant velocity because it's very misleading.
00:04:244 (1,2,1,2) - Here is just one huge mess. You change the polarity and it's basically impossible to read this correctly. With a hard beat like that I suppest you to use slider. This would help the players to distinguish different gaps in the beat
00:05:549 (3,1) - Say what? These two objects are 0 ms apart and of top of that they're not even stacked!
00:08:592 (2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Same here. Don't make square patterns with constant velocity when you have doubles here and they should be played like doubles
00:10:766 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - The piano part here is a bit off if you listen to this carefully. I would suggest moving it by 1/16.
00:16:766 (5,6,1,2,3,4) - This beat is wrong, use 1/6 here

A lot of thing must be fixed here. I would suggest a complete remap since you ignore the spacing completely.
