Problem Details:
I am having a problem with the Hitsounds Copier. Whenever I click "Copy Hitsounds", it suddenly refuses to work. I tried to redownload the program once more but had the same error. Please help.

Ask the creator of the tool.
This is no official osu! program and I guess nobody can help you here.

first of all, its purpose is to copy hitsound samples from one beatmap difficulty to another. if you click the button without filling the first two fields, yes, it halts. what do you think it's gonna do if what you're asking is meaningless and impossible, people often hang themselves up because of that too

Do note, you can't convert hitsounds to/from mania from/to other modes
