If you're going to emphasize the notes on (7) and (8) with spacing, shouldn't the note on (3) also be emphasized with spacing since it's a similarly strong note? Yes, you don't have room to do that, but doesn't that mean you should think about ways to set this up better? Alternatively, don't be so extreme with your jumps at (7) and (8)
01:02:530 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3) – I'm actually glad to see you've included a moment of rest in your map. Usually mappers don't have enough of these. However, the difference between how much you rest and how much you jump at 01:06:880 (4,5,6) – is a little too extreme. (Also, same comment as above with 01:06:730 (3) - , this seems like it could be emphasized more). Try making the base spacing in this rest section a little bigger so the rest isn't too restful. Also, the spacing at 01:03:130 (3,1) – is very small considering the 1/1 break in the rhythm, and I'm not sure if this has a good effect on the map. See if you can reposition this to have a more normal level of spacing.
01:21:730 (1,2,3,4,5) – This is a place where I disagree with your emphasis. Here's what I would do (reduced the AR for full visibility): http://puu.sh/pXVkW/c412388139.jpg . I'm not suggesting this for you to copy, I'm suggesting this to say a few things. One is that you don't need a ¼ slider at (2) to express that loopy thing in the guitar, you can use a different slider shape. This rhythm also goes more with the guitar by emphasizing (3) note and making 01:22:480 – a circle, which is what I think separates this part of the music from other parts of the music. The spacing also emphasizes the stronger guitar notes.
02:19:930 (1) – consider making this a circle and moving the spinner a ¼ note away to get the strong note on this downbeat
03:09:430 (1) – If so, be consistent here
02:39:430 (1) – I don't see the need or benefit from changing your hitsound sampleset.
