Well, this is a track from IOSYS, but with parody lyrics for Yandere Sim.
Not sure why you're having such a debate about the metadata.

Artist: Mom0ki
Song title: YANDEREDEV YANDEREDEV!!!

"Yandere Simulator" is just the reference material and not actually the source since this is derivative work. (And not actually in the game itself)
So yes, it belongs in tags, might wanna add in "IOSYS" & "Parody" in there for good measure.

Add a note here 00:21:493 - and here 00:21:670 -
Add a note here 00:22:199 - and here 00:22:375 -
00:26:258 (10,11,12) - inconsistant spacing
00:36:669 (6,7,8) - maybe add a stream like this http://prntscr.com/btd020
00:43:552 (11,1) - this seems like to large of a jump, try shortening this gap
02:00:670 (1) - put a note here and start the spinner 1 tick after
