Minor suggestions, since you're way better then me

  1. 00:11:656 (3) - How about removing 1 of the return arrows and add a note at 00:11:853 - ? The last note is much more stronger and doing so might emphasize it better

  2. 02:25:927 (2,3) - nazi
  3. 02:34:794 (1,2) - player(lik me) would confuse cause those sliders look same but play different. Maybe spliting 02:34:794 (1) - to two reverse sliders like 02:35:385 (2) - would be a good choice.
  4. 03:57:996 (3,3) - another nazi thing
  5. 04:16:173 (1,1,2,3,4) - Confusing, those notes looks like 1/2 (04:30:952 (1,2,3,1,2,3) -), I recommend using sliders when music suddenly changes so that players could adopt rhythm.

Consider using Stack Leniency 5 instead of 7 so patterns like 00:44:991 (2,2) - / 00:48:833 (3,1,2,3,1,2) - / 00:54:893 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - / look a bit cleaner.

Optical Isomer

00:15:287 (1,2,3) - Nothing major, but the visual spacing here is slightly off. Could make it consistent for a cleaner aesthetic/
00:27:553 (1,2,1) - 00:32:282 (1,2,3) - NC pattern could be consistent here.
00:39:893 (3) - Should be snapped to 1/3 tick.
00:40:779 (2,3) - Also should be 1/3.
01:06:420 (1,2,3) - This rhythm felt a bit odd imo. 01:06:567 (2,3) - Should be shifted 1/4 forward for the drum imo. Right now 2 doesn't really land on anything.
01:49:375 (5,1) - Snapping seems kinda cancer tbh... And the approach circle looks a lot different from 01:48:883 (2,3) - so it can confuse people when in such proximity. I would just pick either the kick or the vocal thing and not map both. Better to simplify rhythm here imo.
02:05:828 (3,1) - This arramangement looks kinda bad due to that bump. Try rotating 02:07:306 (1) - like 20 degrees from its slider tail (ctrl+G first then rotate then ctrl+g)
02:31:247 (1,2,1,2) - NC spam makes the slider-length increase more apparent. If the combo color is the same ppl won't spot the difference as quickly xD.
02:35:681 (1,2,4) - drum-clap + soft-hitnormal sounds pretty nice here. It's a good opportunity to break from the usual drum-hitnormal kick etc...
02:38:341 (1) - I would do a different slider design here just because the sound is so much different from the previous slider.
03:12:035 (1) - Cool design
03:21:346 (3,5) - Maybe NC here, either on the triplet or the slider? Long time without NC.
04:07:897 (1,1) - These two sliders could be more similar imo. As well, i don't think the SV change is necessary. You could avoid NC spam here so the pattern looks a bit more cohesive, considering it's structured to be relating to each other.

how about adding a muted normal-slidertick, would be fine since you dont' have slide muted and make spots like 02:53:119 (1) - 03:02:577 (1) - 03:12:035 (1) - sound much better

00:26:666 (1) - really minor, but how about removing the grey node from this? think that would make it look more "fitting" with the other shape here
00:54:597 (7) - having this as one simple stream feels like it doesnt emphasize this as well as it should, cause of the kick and to me it also sounds like there is some change in the sound you mapped this to here. something like a spacing/movement change for example would be great I think.

you silenced normal-slidertick but not normal-slidertick2, so 03:12:035 (1) - sounds kinda weird cause half of it has tick sounds and the other doesn't lol
04:11:444 (1,2,3,4) - you adjusted hitsounding for this but forgot for 04:30:361 (1,2,3,4) - it seems (at least they both seem to follow the same thing)

everything else looks fine now
