00:02:797 - completely disagree with the SVs at the start - its fine that theyre flashy like that but what they convey is another thing
what the SVs seem to try to show is the how jumpy this section is, and i agree that the jumpiness is there - however, it seems as though the hop between the pairs of beats is overemphasized in your case, the music seems to be a much happier and hence lighter piano sequence kind of thing whilst your SVs tell me a big woosh kind of thing, between each pairs of beats especially.

would encourage you to lower the values of 2.11 and 1.41 by .2 or .1 OR just delete the SVs altogether, the jacks e.g 00:06:562 (6562|2,6680|2) - are enough to show the jumpiness. same applies to all diffs that have this kind of thing

00:11:150 (11150|2,11268|3,11268|0,11268|1,11268|2) - please at least lower the SV value of this jump - youre ending on a quad

00:35:576 - x2? this is too much already; i know youre trying to show the sudden jump and sure x2 is a good way to show that sudden jump but you have to remember that there are people who will be playing this chart not expecting a jump of this magnitude and suddenness especially in a 240bpm chord mashing section with fast bursts

00:37:451 (37451|1,37701|2) - not sure what youre trying to emphasize here - 00:37:201 (37201|2) - this is clearly not the same as the two above, so why are they shown through the same patterning?

00:39:451 (39451|2,39513|3,39701|1,39701|0) - not sure why you want to mask the 1/12 burst with these LNs - dont think there is anything wrong with using normal notes to show the bzzt thing in the music if the bzzt thing last for a few milliseconds at most

01:00:576 (60576|0,60617|1,60659|0) - i dont think this emphasizes anything - its more of extraneous notes more than anything else, the sound youre following here is way weaker than what this trill conveys

[General]SVs are really nice and complement the song well. The SB is pretty flashy, but the load doesn't get beyond 4x and so it's 10/10.

you have a SV of 0.5 that lasts for 2/4
a SV of 1.0 that lasts for 1/4
a SV of 1.5 that lasts for 1/4

This averages out to ((0.5*(2/4))+(1.0*(1/4))+(1.5*(1/4)))/(4/4) = 0.875

What this tells us is that, effectively, the whole section here averages on a speed of 0.875x, this creates this "slowjam" feeling
I'm not really going to bother calculating everything else but you might want to, if you don't want the "slowjam"

While the SB sure looks like it has gone through a ton of work, I don't think it's really up to par on what most people expect

Design:
- Zooming in the BG makes it really pixelated, which is kind of ugly
- Would recommend more sprites to keep it interesting, instead of every SB element revolving around the BG
- Not too sure about the epileptic side of the storyboard, seems a bit too overkill and eye straining even for those who aren't affected by epilepsy, personal opinion, probably baised
- Storyboard kind of revolves around a constrained amount of techniques, which is fine, but it'd probably have a shorter attention span for people who are looking for something unique
- 115826ms : Some storyboard effects feel a bit too smooth when compared to the nature/intensity of the song such as this area, I would suggest removing tweening for these areas such that the movement is more rigid
- The error sprite is a good idea but it's scaling kind of creates this blur between the white and black pixels, doesn't really feel like an authentic static image if you scale it up basically, try to get a higher res one
- Great effort on storyboarding every single instrumental, think the main problems would be those I mentioned above, especially about the usage of different sprites/images, they make storyboards look more dynamic in a sense
