seems the resolution doesn't fit too well on steam ( bad quality ) so could you make the same avatar but with different resolution? Here's a higher res of the image i gave you : http://puu.sh/qbvUZ/a4850da606.jpg
400x400 would be ideal, if not, higher as possible.
also i think a light blue color would fit more the font, It goes well with the dark background
