This map is.... unique. Somehow I don't think it's rankable. If you remove some of the overlapping and short combos you might be able to go for approval.

Since the majority of my suggestions are nazi, I'll star, but you'll want to rethink Another.

I think the offset is wrong. Everything is 2 beats late. Somewhere around 5050 would be better IMO.

Well, just make it 3450 then. Anyway, it's not right. If you play the song in taiko, you should notice that the bars don't come with the first note of each beat, but instead on the third one. Even if it doesn't affect the gameplay in osu! standard, I think it should be fixed.

No, he doesn't mean the notes are offsync or wrong, but just that the song begins when the map has already played 2 4th notes, nothing to affect gameplay or sync, but you still should fix it.

Hey, here's my mod. Green stuff can be ignored completely, those are merely design opinions.

[General]:
  1. Offset is wrong in all diffs. The correct offset is 1819. Don't forget to resnap the circles. Also don't forget to adjust all other timings in the maps, kiai especially.
[Beginner]:
  1. I suggest that instead of curvy sliders you use those angled ones throughout the whole difficulty. It would fit the style better.
  2. 00:11:549 (4) - New combo.
  3. 01:03:440 (1) - This slider looks ugly. It is not mirrored properly. Make it's endpoint something like this to make a proper shape.
  4. 01:06:684 (3) - New combo.
  5. 01:19:657 (3) - New combo.
  6. 01:26:143 (3) - New combo.
  7. 01:37:494 (3) - Another ugly slider. Try to center the red dot.
[Normal]:
  1. This diff seems a bit too hard for a classic normal difficulty. That is fine though, but since you have 4 diffs, try to spread the difficulty a little bit, removing some of the circles and put sliders in their place.
  2. 01:06:683 (6) - New combo.
  3. 01:13:170 (5) - New combo.
  4. 01:26:143 (4) - New combo.
  5. 01:32:629 (5) - New combo.
  6. 01:34:251 (1) - Remove new combo.
  7. 01:35:872 (3) - New combo.

[Hyper]:

  2. 00:14:386 (3,4,5) - I don't like how this looks. Seems a bit too confusing. Just make a regular triplet. :p

  5. 01:39:521 (5) - New combo.
  6. 01:43:980 (5) - Consider putting a new combo here as well, although not required since the song is different here.
[Another]:
  1. 00:26:953 (3) - You need to fix the endpoint of this slider. If it's that far the arrow will point in the wrong direction. Not that this has any change on gameplay, but it does look weird and confusing.
  2. 00:35:872 (5) - New combo.
  3. 00:50:467 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,x) - This combo has it's notes a bit off in the field. Check the lower and the upper part, it's really visible once you reach sliders. Move both upper and lower notes by 1 grid down to fix, this also includes the following sliders. This also fixes spacing (which is kinda irrelevant because it's not confusing).
  4. 00:52:089 (9) - New combo.
  5. 01:08:305 (6) - New combo.
  6. 01:24:521 (6) - New combo.
  7. 01:25:129 (11) - This slider also has the arrow problem. Fix the end point (move it to the middle of the circle).
  8. 01:27:764 (6) - New combo.
  9. 01:43:170 (3,4) - These sliders also have the arrow problem. Fix end points.
And that's pretty much it, there is nothing wrong with the maps themselves apart from combos. Combos seemed a bit random, so I tried to bring them in order. Hope you don't mind this.

What's getting me irked is the different offsets given to me by different people but i'll keep my 770 offset for now.

[Beginner]:
00:28:338 (3) - I think it looks better if it's in line.
00:39:486 (5,6) - Not very intuitive. If you make this a slider, I think it would work a lot better.
00:45:365 (8,1) - Bad to have these in an Easy. I think if you just make (8) a full beat, then it would be fine.
01:06:446 (3,5) - Avoid stacking in Easy. Only solution I think is to move (3) out of the way, and rearrange (4) to even out the spacing.

00:29:959 (5,6) - This might be a bit much. Could be turned into a single slider with extra repeats.
00:34:013 (1,2) - This is weird. Better if you just turned it into one slider.

00:45:364 (6,7) - Spacing

[Hyper]:

00:09:688 (1) - This shouldn't be a new combo, the next note should be.
00:14:553 (1-7) - Uneven spacing!! >_<
00:45:364 (1,2) - This is bad. Usually when these types of sliders are placed like this, they only have 1 repeat, but (1) has 2 repeats in this case. This could be confusing and eventually frustrating to some people who try to FC. I'm not sure if you can change the repeats, so just try to rearrange the spacing/pattern.

General:

-Mp3's bitrate is 320 kbps. Rules say it has to be at least 128 kbps. Mind lowering it down?
-When I dl'd this map it only included Another. I had to dl the other four diffs manually. :o though I don't know what the problem is. That might be only me or some glitch. Well I'm not sure.
-beatmania IIDX 18 as the source for great justice. It's not Beatmania.

Many sections sound weird, i dont really know what you were following with the notes, but if anything i'd recommend the sliders would follow the "weeeeeooooo" on the background
