That's the first Team from Germany, there will be also a second one, but the Teamchef need to be choosen.

Germany: OnosakiHito, DarkDunskin, RockeDon, Trashy

Japanese should be informed in the next day's: 日本語
I will speak with them also in the IRC.

@OzzyOzrock: Team US registered!
@Kurisuchianu: Team Chile is added to the list. You still have some weeks so don't worry about that too much. If you think it's too hard to find another player, consider apply registration rule 4. Ask me about it.
@Gezoda: Team France registered. You know, 4th is back-up and you need minimum 3 player to participate. Just tell me if there's any changes in your team.

If there are any problems or if you think it would be too hard to find your teammate, please ask me.

註冊 (標準時間 12/3 00:00 ~ 9/4 00:00)
1. 每隊最少三人，隊中可以有一位後備，因此每隊最多四人。
2. 每隊必須要有一名隊長負責隊務。
3. 基本上每隊都代表國家出戰，因此隊員應來自同一國家。
4. 如果你的國家缺少太鼓玩家，在准許的情況下你可以招募其他國家的玩家。
5. 如果你的國家有很多太鼓玩家，在准許的情況下該國家可以派出超過一隊。
6. 隊長應發訊息給比賽總管或在此留名組隊。
6-1 隊長可自行邀請隊員。
6-2 在註冊期限前每隊至少要有三人，否則將會被取消資格。
6-3 隊長可以在比賽正式開打前補回後備隊員。
7. 比賽管理員不能參賽。
8. 比賽規則可能被修改而不須發出通知。

比賽指示
1. 其中一位裁判會在賽前15分鐘開房，所有玩家應準時入房。
1-1 裁判最多會等15分鐘。
1-2 裁判應該將比賽記錄貼在此帖上。
2. 如非特別註明，主隊會是藍隊，裁判亦會在藍隊。
2-1 裁判不應作出任何影響分數的動作。
3. 如果大家已預備好，裁判會將房主權限交給藍隊隊長。
4. 隊長應從本輪選出的圖中選出一首作賽。
5. 作賽完畢後，裁判應將成績截圖，並在比賽結束時貼在此帖。
6. 完此第一首後，藍隊隊長應將主權限交給紅隊隊長，並重覆指示4、5。
6-1 裁判應在最後一局(第五/七局)成為房主及選擇作賽曲目。
7. 重覆指示4至6直至比賽結束。
8. 其中一隊勝出3局時比賽結束。準決賽、決賽則為4局。

規則
1. 每輪的曲目會在每輪開始前公佈，曲目原則上由比賽管理員選擇。
1-1 有一些圖只能在最後一局中使用。
2. 每一場比賽均會有一位比賽管理員做裁判。
2-1 裁判應在此帖貼上比賽紀錄。
2-2 如果裁判缺席，在雙方同意下其中一方隊長會充當裁判。
2-2-1 如果裁判缺席發生，則除非事前有作出通知，否則裁判有可能被比賽總管作出處分。
3. 比賽場地由裁判開房，比賽為閉門作賽，設定為太鼓模式、隊際比賽及以分數定勝負。
4. 每一局中較高分的一隊勝出該局。
5. 其中一隊勝出3局時該隊勝出該輪比賽。準決賽、決賽則為4局。
6. 「沒有影片」模式是被允許的。除此之外不能開啟任何模式。
7. 每場比賽中雙方隊長會輪流選擇曲目。
7-1 裁判會在最後一局(第五/七局)選擇作賽曲目。
8. 如出現打和的狀況，則該局作廢。
9. 如果有一位玩家斷線，則比賽繼續。如出現第二名玩家斷線則比賽作廢。
9-1 如其中一隊斷線超過3次，則另一隊自動獲勝。
9-2 如裁判斷線，比賽繼續。其中一方隊長應負責貼出比賽紀錄。
9-3 如果所有人斷線，該局作廢。
9-4 如伺服器(bancho)不太穩定，裁判有權延遲作賽。
10. 如有玩家遲到，裁判最多可延遲開賽時間15分鐘。
10-1 如全隊均未能準時到達，則另一隊自動獲勝。
11. 如果出現沒有注明的突發狀況，裁判會作出決定。
12. 比賽總管在他認為某玩家干擾比賽的進行時有權禁止該玩家作賽。
12-1 被禁止的玩家將不能參與下一個太鼓比賽。
12-1-1 比賽總管有權撤回禁止令。
13. 如有任何需要比賽總管作出決定的事項而比賽總管缺席，則比賽副總管會暫代其職務。
14. 比賽規則可能被修改而不須發出通知。

比賽曲目
- 現正接受提議，你可以發論壇短信/在此帖留下你的建議。
- 只接受本家譜或通過審該的圖。
- 如果沒有提議，則原則上只有本家和太鼓圖會被選擇。

獎品
- 可能會視乎比賽總管的經濟狀況而有所更改。
- 暫定為一個月會員。



(It's supporter tag instead of support tag？

Due to quake in Japan and the broken undersea telecommuination wire, my access to Osu! is very very limited these days x_x
I hope I can back to normal within 1~2 weeks orz

Yeah I heard some undersea telecommuination wires are broken. Seems we have unstable connection too, but fortunatly it's not that significant for now. I hope everythings will become fine soon.

6. Captain should forum-PM to Tournament manager or post in this thread to make a team.

Better denote who's the captain first. <_<

BTW any good suggestions for medium level oni :3
We don't use inner level for all rounds .w.

I asked one of players and seems te2035 is the captain of the team. Currently I can't find who is Darkai7(Can't find a user...) so I listed only three players for now. I'll ask te2035 when it's available.

So it was typo, Darkrai7 added. te2035 didn't specity who will be back-up but as he mentioned Darkrai7 in 4th, I'll list him as back-up for now. When I get his reply, I'll fix.

I know that this beatmap seems to be a joke... But it seems there's enough suggestions for tournaments and some of them really nice.
