I wondered for a while why does it say like: "Weighted 100% 62pp" and my ingame "Performance" only changed like 20 pp?

It does.
because its weighted, meaning you only get a fraction of the pp in the end. Value of the fraction changes as your scores get worse.
Say all your top scores are 100pp.
the first one is counted 100% -> 100pp
the second one is counted 95%, so instead of getting 100pp from it again, you only get 95% of the 100pp -> 95pp
and so on.
