This looks nice, so it's a pity to see so many problems with this skin.

First off, these elements do not have a @1x version, making them inaccessible at 1366x768 and below:
List of Missing Elements
[*] cursor
[*] cursortrail
[*] hit0
[*] hit50
[*] hit100
[*] hit100k
[*] hit300
[*] hit300g
[*] hitcircle
[*] hitcircleoverlay
[*] inputoverlay-background
[*] inputoverlay-key
[*] scorebar-bg
[*] sliderstartcircleoverlay
As a consequence, these elements are replaced with the default skin.

And then there are these elements that do not have a @2x version, making them look blurry at more than 1366x768:
List of Missing Elements
[*] approachcircle
[*] default-0 to 9
[*] followpoint-0 to 2
[*] reversearrow
[*] scorebar-colour
[*] slider-followcircle
[*] spinner-approachcircle
[*] spinner-rpm

And here are some miscellaneous complaints I have with the skin:
List of Complaints
[*] None of the numbers are skinned except the hit circles'. As a consequence, the score numbers look squished together (probably because of too big of a ScoreOverlay in skin.ini), and the combo numbers do not render at all.
[*] The scorebar is too hard to see, and isn't blue and pink.
[*] There's no cursor trail.
[*] Default comboburst.
[*] No menu elements are skinned.
[*] There's no such thing as hit50g or hit50k.
[*] Hit sounds are really soft! And too bassy. They're also not entirely skinned.
[*] Slider ticks aren't skinned.
[*] Too many sounds are in mp3 format.
[*] What the fuck is up with your back-button-click and combobreak?
[*] Applause is at least one order of magnitude too long.
[*] Your skin has both spinnerspin.mp3 and spinnerspin.wav. When conflicts like this occur, the wav file is always prioritized. So delete one of them; if you wanted spinnerspin.mp3 to play, delete spinnerspin.wav. Otherwise, delete spinnerspin.mp3.

As a conclusion, your skin has potential to be a decent skin, but it stops short of that because you're sloppy with your job. Go and reskin everything, this time making both SD and HD versions of every element (except for the skinned-out ones).
