Just checked on behalf of James2250 for the uninherited sections.
This only needs 1 offset (and probably needs fine tunning) which would normally go at where you have your 3rd line right now, but since you're using inherited sections before this offset, you're better off moving it 4/1 backwards, where your first offset is, the 2 other red lines are unnecessary, all sounds before 2051 are just a buildup until the main beat hits, and metronome will be fine with just that 1 red line at the start.
tl;dr: offset is 718, no need for other red lines
