it should be back now
i dunno when the bandwidth was reached and my account was suspended but it's back up now (at least at the time of me writing this)

No ads / file preperation (mediafire)
No weird downloading hassles (mega)
A clear [DOWNLOAD] button (Gdrive)
Easy uploading
The ability to make the link a direct download
and FREE
so i'll try to look for somthing that ticks most boxes. If not i'll use one of them (sigh)
(i didnt even know that dropbox had a download limit...)

i open it up

the download appears to be haulted since -yuo-'s download limit has been reached on dropbox. They are currently looking for a replacement of dropbox to host the download of the skin. Come back in a few days, and perhaps it will be up by then.

I forgot to add some help file to the options folder;
When editing lane (mania key) colours, RENAME THE ITEMS FIRST before copying and replacing them into the skin. Exchange '#' for the following:
'1' - The keys on the edge of the stage, alternating with key2-type keys until the centre is reached
'2' - Fills in the middle-parts between the key1-type keys
'S' - The middle key on odd keycounts.Types '1' and '2' alternate until they reach the middle, but on some occasions, differ. Generally type 1 will always display on the outer edge of the stage, and type 2 will fill the 'in-betweens' of type 1. See the mania screenshot up there for an example.

the dropbox link will work in about a day but it might get locked again if everyone downloads it as soon as it comes up so be quick!
changing the mirror to my server takes about 15 mins, but free time is rare right now for me so this would take an unknown time. Maybe more than a month for perspective.

dropbox is locking up my account if 20gb of downloaded content is downloaded by you guys to avoid us overloading their servers.
i am waiting for some free time to fix this.

You could try using MediaFire or Mega.nz; As far as I've seen, MediaFire 'might' have a file limit but not a download limit, and I've also seen some Mega.nz files that don't have limits. It's worth a shot, and I believe it's free-to-use at an extent o -o)b*
