Problem Details:
最近、初スコアで200ppを獲得しても、Rankが-30になったり
上がらないどころかずっと下がりつづけています。
いつもなら200ppを獲得すれば+10くらいは上がります。
なぜ下がり続けているのでしょうか・・・？

Rankings are active, and often change. If you don't play, other people play. They can get better scores, and more pp. This causes them to pass you. You might get more pp, but other people might get more than you
