Should I buy an H420 or buy a refurbished/used CTL-460?

go for wacom it's nice for osu and drawing , H420 is too small for drawing
Agree. If you're also doing art, wacom is tons better. Although, Huion tablets are already good enough when you only want to play osu!.

Get ctl470 its cheap (I got mine for around 35$ new) and imo its good.
If you don't want to do anything else than osu, H420. Especially if you're not even sure to continue to play, since it's the cheaper. I have a Huion and it's really good to play.
