Note: the example is very messy, you can make it neater or even symmetrical, if you agree with the idea of using this kind of spacing.
00:09:698 (5,6) - and there could be a good jump between these two. The bass sound you map with (6) can surely benefit from a bigger jump. good for playing, idk, no need jump on this i think
00:20:608 (1,2,3,4) - don't just drop the jumps, add a little jump here to prevend sudden spacing changes. The sudden stop here feels pretty confusing. fix
00:24:244 (6,1) - with the high Ar it can be misread and clicked too early. Move it away for a more intuitively-playable pattern? fix
00:30:426 (4) - a stack here slows the players down, feels a bit unnatural. Ues bigger spacing to keep things more dynamic? example fix
Note: you can even do something like 00:42:062 (7,1) - just make sure you don't make the jumps too big.
00:46:789 (1) - a spinner would do a lot better. It'd make the players move a lot faster and reflect the long vocals a lot more accurately. no spiiin plss ;_;
00:48:244 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - I see it in the opposite way. Use lower spacing values here, so when the kiai starts it feels a lot more epic. Intense jump you have in that quiet part kinda buff that effect. idk, maybe need nerf this spacing. no changes rn

I was actually wondering about the difficulty name because this mapset as a whole isn't light: the structure of the notes and the rhythms made it really consistent and hard to not be a "light" insane. Hence, leaving it just as insane wouldn't mislead the labeling of appropriateness of how hard this difficulty is.

I totally agree here. Having high spacing doesn't really give the proper impact of having the kiai with the same Distance Snap. For it, I heavily suggest to reduce the distance as well as you managed at the beginning of this segment. FIXED
