ar이 약간 빠른것처럼 느껴졌는데, 9.6정도면 적당할듯

*01:00:654 - 최상위 난이도라면 여기를 서클로 놨을수도 있었을텐데 아쉬운부분이네용
*01:13:003 (7) - 제가 스피커로 들어서 잘은 모르겠는데 3연타가 있을 구간은 01:12:445 - 아닌가요??
*01:13:352 (1,2,3) - 이렇게 일자로 나열할거면 거리를 약간씩이라도 더 벌려주는게 낫다고 생각되네요
*01:19:491 (4,5) - 컨쥐한 리듬이 더 어울리는거 같아요
*01:22:840 (4) - 뉴콤보를 이용해서 (4,5,6)을 개별된 묶음으로 보고 점프를 넣었으면 어땠을까 싶네용

  1. 00:18:375 (3) - maybe turn this clockwise to the left... it kinda feels difficult to get to (1)
  2. 00:25:910 (3) - make this into 2 circles instead.. or at least switch 00:25:910 (3,4) - with each other... the flow here kinda feels disrupted
  3. 01:28:840 (7) - you might wanna NC this

  1. 00:22:282 (2,3,4,5) - this section feels a bit messy/cluttered. maybe you could have 00:22:561 (3,4) - switch places so the patterns goes on a rotation(the next one does anyway so why not)
  2. 00:41:956 (4) - mayb blanket this properly
  3. 00:56:049 (3) - it might be better if you place this in front of 00:55:770 (2) - for a better triangular pattern. the current pattern idk..... makes 00:56:468 (2) - a bit hard to hit
  4. 00:58:142 (5) - why not just copy 00:57:724 (4) - and make it symmetrical.. it looks cleaner that way
  5. 01:15:026 (3) - mayb ctrl+g.. or at least move it a bit further.. the angle here feels oddly sharp. also fix the blanket while you're at it.
  6. 01:27:166 (3) - also ctrl+g.. it feels counter-intuitive.. or if not at least have 01:27:445 (4,5) - switch places

    some of the red-point sliders feels unnecessary and tbh doesn't rly look good

lol All NCs you pointed out are set per two downbeats except for the first part. NC setting in the first part was intended for emphasizing the pattern TwT.. And i think such NC setting doesn't make issues of HP drains, reading, or anything else.
Distance snapping is generally recommended in Normal diff. But it's not a rule, it's just a guideline lol. Also you can see it's just recommended technique looking at LeaF - Calamity Fortune by Frostings

So i fixed only 01:18:375 (5) - . i just made it starting at 01:18:235 - as you suggested

  2. honestly I couldn't tell you had hitsounds at all until I turned off the music volume. or until a while into the song.
  3. 00:37:491 (1) - I would change this to a 1/2 slider - extending it to this beat doesn't make too much sense(to me) and extending it to the red tick makes less sense.
  4. 01:04:980 (1,2,3) - I would move 2 up a bit and stack 3 on 2 because this flow feels bad to play imo. or do something like this http://puu.sh/q24H1/a773216c24.jpg
  5. 01:35:398 (4) - 01:35:538 (1) - don't stack 4 on the head of 1 because there is emphasis in the music for 1 and not 4, maybe stack 4 on the tail of 1 --> basically just move 4 and 1 away from eachother so 1 feels emphasized.
  6. 01:37:352 (4) - this takes away beats. like the snare hit on the slider tail. I suggest changing it so 01:37:631 - is clickable
  7. also the hitsound for whistle in your kiai is annoying xDDDD

Aah, throughout this difficulty this DS at spaces like 00:13:073 (4,1) is very uncomfortably close. 1.1x is better for the song IMO, but it's your choice.
00:31:212 (3) - This isn't distance snapped
Overall, this beatmap has a pretty low attractiveness. Shapes that compliment each other would work better, or blanketing things such as 00:46:561 (4,1)
00:56:607 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Not too sure what these are all mapped to. This is a really strong suggestion, please consider it: map like this: http://puu.sh/qjkaU/7b19d04dfd.jpg through this whole section. It fits a lot better and is more playable for the player.
Beyond that, since the rhythm repeats, it'll need some diversity, though I'm not too sure how. However, what it is currently feels like it doesn't go with the rhythm and is uncomfortable.
01:39:026 (4) - Feel like you could do without this note. Dailycare's normal doesn't have a note there either, the sharp end doesn't really need the note imo. It closes the map off and feels better without.

01:38:747 (3) - Same thing here, I feel this isn't necessary to make a reverse, end sound closes song itself.
Compared to your mapping in easy, this is significantly better. When I was modding easy I felt like the other difficulties would be similar :o Your mapping here is great and has a lot better flow, and overall looks a lot more appealing. Transfer that to your easy too!

Is the mispell intentional? Don't know if it has to do with the anime or something, sorry D: if it's an error, it's spelled "Moa's Destroy"
This difficulty is very professionally mapped. Fun jumps and fun to play.

The mapset looks really solid, the only part that needs definite improvement is your easy. Good luck!
