Note that whatever I say is my own opinion so you do not have to follow everything I say.

Before I start, the slider art is nice. Kudos for that.

General
1) Hitsounds: Remove either the sliderslide hitsound or the slidertick hitsound. When I was playing it, I felt that the slidertick hitsound was annoying to hear, so I would remove that one.

2) 00:22:021 To me the hitfinish doesn't seem right, but it is not much of a concern yet.

3) Add Bara- to tags if he collabing.

Blooming Dream
1) 00:38:436 (2) - Are the hitsounds here supposed to be like that? What I mean is that shouldn't the clap be at the end of slider 2 instead of at the head? Right now it feels a bit weird playing that, but it may have been intentional.

2) 00:42:115 (4) - Missing a clap? I assume that may be the case considering for 00:40:134 (1,2) - you added a hitclap on note 2.

3) 00:46:785 (1) - Being Mr.Anal here; shift the slider 1 pixel down so it is perfectly tucked underneath the end of 00:46:360 (3).

4) 00:59:379 When I was playing this, the slider speed was nice and quick, and it was fun until you decide to stop mapping here, which just kills all the excitement. I think it is much better to map this whole area.

5) 01:57:115 till the chorus. Note how the music here is much quieter and calmer compared to the earlier section? You can try using a slower slider velocity multiplier for this section, say 0.5x and make the volume around 40-50%, to reflect the calm part of the song.

6) 02:22:021 (1) - You are missing a finish here.

7) 02:51:461 Again the empty area. I think the break time for this section is too long, so map some parts as you see fit. I am interested as to why you do not map this area though?

8) 03:12:964 to 03:26:266 vs. 01:35:040 to 01:48:059. For the first section, you use 0.8x slider velocity, but for the second section, the music is the same as the first section, but you use a much slower slider velocity (0.5x). Is there a reason why you did that, or was it an oversight?

9) 03:42:257 (1) - Shift it 1 pixel up so it is tucked neatly underneath the sliderend of the previous slider.

10) 03:52:587 (2,3) - Alter slider 3 and 2 so it looks like this: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/5431582. This is a design suggestion.

11) 04:45:794 (3) - Not an even blanket imo.

12) 05:06:030 (1) - Shift it 1 pixel down.

13) 05:36:330 (1) - Silence the end of the spinner.

Final Thoughts
I found the rhythm to be solid, and the slider art is really nice imo. However, there are some things that irk me, such as not mapping certain parts of the song, which do deserved to be map. Overall though, this is good stuff.

But just a few things to say:
1. The empty parts are most probably just unfinished parts on my behalf.
2. I know, the HS os a mess, I'll fix it
3. I'll also fix the SV, was a mistake on my behalf

This is the first time I see such a long <2* map so yeah haha :p

I'd increase the stacking value, normal map players probably would have trouble reading stacks like 00:54:992 (2,1) - but this is maybe just me ^^

00:00:500 (1) - I'd start this at 2:764, since before that it's mostly just a little noise, the spinner feels right for the riser that starts at 2:764
00:20:040 (1) - a little awkward of a shape, the angle might look better in the dead center of the slider
02:11:691 (1,1) - blanketting isn't right here
03:44:662 (1,2) - the 2 is not well aligner hehe
04:07:304 (1) - beginning of this slider looks odd
04:11:549 (4,1) - maybe too fast compared to the global difficulty of the map
04:12:398 (2,3) - move 2 a little to the right for better alignment imo
05:08:435 (1,2) - alignment

Quite a nice map, flow is great, slider design is good, blanketting is mostly perfect. Good luck getting this ranked ^^

so weird hearing a 200bpm song with a 2 star diff ;-;

  2. 02:11:266 (1,1) - Don't really see the point in having the second NC there
  3. 02:45:653 (1) - I think this spinner should be extended to around 02:47:492 - so you can get more of a ring out effect with the music going on in the background and have the spinner end where the vocals start.
  4. 03:12:964 - This seemed like a really weird transition with the abrupt slider velocity change when the music doesn't really change.
  5. 04:55:983 (1) - Spinner starts at a really weird spot, I think starting 04:57:681 (1) - here and ending it 05:00:794 - here would sound better.
  6. 05:36:330 (1) - This should end on 05:41:095 -
