So i got a new pc and i was wondering what should i do to let them know that this is my new pc and it's me playing and it's not a multi-acc or something like that!

You don't have to do anything and you don't have to worry, as long as you're legitimately using a new device to play osu!. But just in case tho, if anything occurs that you think it shouldn't, you can send an email at accounts@ppy.sh explaining your situation.
No need to do anything. Just keep playing as usual with your own account.
