I see what you mean a bit, but if you listen closely, it does follow the song, probably not in the obvious way though

Sorry for the late response, it takes me quite a long time for modding your maps
I basically focus on NM diff because other diffs are being nice to me ;)
And nice song :D But there are somewhere in the song that is worth notice
If the above-mentioned mod conflicts with your mapping style, sorry for that :?

Most of the suggestions were applied, but I've intentionally have not placed notes because in certain areas, i am explicitly mapping to the vocals. Thanks for the mod boi.

OFFSET IS WRONG, it should be approx. 10ms earlier. I suggest you to add a 1s of silence at the start of your mp3 (use Audacity) to time it correctly.
NM
00:15:666 (15666|0) - split this LN in half, it's the same as previous
00:18:666 (18666|2,18666|0,18833|1,19166|1,19333|0,19499|1) - change this pattern into something else, I suggest to start with [12] and then avoid the anchor on 2 (it's NM so no hard patterning)
00:21:166 (21166|1) - this LN ends 00:21:833 - here
00:22:499 (22499|3) - all of these LN vocals are a bit longer like ^
00:25:333 (25333|3,25333|0) - since you layer vocals with LNs, don't do that for non-vocal sounds. Singles here
