me trying to time Dream Theater

Don't ask. I love Dream Theater. It's the only thing that could have overcome the personal stigma I feel against modding the map of a mapper who is far better than I. Hope it helps you out.

NOTE - these mods are mostly based on my personal opinions of how DT should be mapped: heavy against the drum line, only to be supplanted by lyrics and guitar/synth when they are emphasized in the music. This may not match your style. Green text are suggestions, yellow texts are warnings, red is saved for changes I feel are critical.

00:07:044 (1,2,3,4) - This could easily be a stream kdddkdddddkdd. The map is difficult enough for this change to be okay, at least in my opinion.

00:40:225 (200,1) - I'm a bit iffy about there being just a straight break here. Would love to see a spinner followed by (1) being accompanied by a couple of notes, e.g. a ddK or similar.

01:03:562 (88,89,90,91,92,93,94,95,96) - I hear no musical justification for this stream, and it sounds awful against the music. It also looks awkward to play.

01:08:073 (127,128,129,130,131,132,133) - This one also sounds awful, but removing (132) seems to be the only step needed to correct that.

01:15:888 (195,196,197,198,199,200,201,202,203) - Similar for this one, removing (202) makes it sound better imo.

01:32:224 (306,307,308,309,310,311,312,313,314,315) - The 1/3 drumline here does not extend past (309). Thus the other notes could do with changing over to a 1/2 pattern. The 1/1 break separating these and (316) is rather awkward considering the percussion.

01:35:568 (333,334,335,336,337,338,339,340,341) - the dkkdk here doesn't sound good. I would turn (335) into a d. Alternatively, or additionally, you could remove (338) as it is a silent hit.

02:05:195 (554,555) - These two sound early. I love the way this kiai is mapped, however.

04:14:697 (132,133) - The drums here allow for another hit between the two notes - I'm thinking a k.

04:31:135 (263,264,265) - I can also see fill between these 1/2s, perhaps a dkddk?

04:34:483 (290,291,292,293,294,295,296,297,298) - If you're going for a guitar emphasis, I can hear some changes to this lead-in that will make it a better match imo, like removing (293) and (295), and turning (296) into a d.

04:57:789 (529,530,531,532,533,534,535,536,537,538,539,540,541,542,543,544,545,546,547,548,549,550,551,552,553,554,555,556,557) - This section is very rough, but if I mapped it, I would have made it solid 1/6 instead of compound 1/6-1/4 back into solid 1/4. PP is overrated; don't do this to me, Mew.

05:36:752 (841,842) - Incredibly early hits.

Overall - Plenty of kiais here, but I'll leave it to others to judge whether the quantity and location are okay.
You did a dang good job of timing this monstrosity, not a lot of errors to speak of.
Words cannot describe how excited I am that you have taken this project on. Mango has set the precedent for Dream Theater to start becoming a big thing in the Taiko world, and I couldn't be happier that others are attempting to follow his stead. I will join y'all soon enough, I just hope there's some DT left to map when I get there!
