only the highest diff is allowed to use a custom name and I don't think "Kamaboko" indicates diffculty in any way, so change it to insane

i'll leave some general things here, that apply throughout the map etc.

[Kamaboko]
00:03:227 (6) - doesnt epmhasize any strong held sound and ends on way stroner sound => really awkward, generally you want to have the head (click) on a stronger, or at least as strong sound, same for 00:02:521 (2) - etc
00:02:785 (1) - blue tick nc are pretty confusing since they often make people mistake those for red or white ticks (much more common)
00:01:462 (2) - other 1/4 here are mapped, so at least a 1/4 repeat slidr makes more sense here

more weird rhythms like 00:20:697 (3,1) - ctrlg on this rhythm follows vocals and synth much better. you don't want offbeat sldiers without any reason, especially when normal ones follow everything better
similar for thins like 01:06:756 (1,2,3) -

00:35:168 - putting such a strong sound + start of new vocal pattern on sliderend makes no sense

00:14:168 (1) - sv changes are a great way to emphasize things like this, instead of just a seemingly random nc

01:08:344 (1,2,3) - really weird to read due massive amount of overlap

01:27:403 (2,3,4) - might want to enable stacking in options to see how weird this will look in gameplay

hitsounding makes barely any sense with how randomly placed claps and all feel, this will help you t/306177

all those things are just examples and msot apply for more spots

hope this can help you and doesn't sound too harsh/discouraging, most of those things will improve with experience

00:08:344 (4,5,6) - Instead of that triangle^ you could make the tripple into a stream, as I feel it fits the song more.

00:47:168 (1,2,3,4) - This part is hard to read the direction of the 00:47:521 (3) - because of overlap. The 4 is easier because you can see the stream coming.

00:57:050 (1,2) - please teach me to blanket this nice XD

00:59:521 (8,9,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - This section could be changed slightly based on play testing. I feel like the DS goes up and down when the song is indicating it should just be getting bigger. Start at a smaller DS and end at something like 4.5. Where you have it now that your biggest jump is in the middle 01:00:932 (3,4) - this one. When it should probably this one 01:01:815 (4,5) - .

01:08:344 (1,2,3) - These need to be stacked just a tab more I feel for readability. But if play testers didn't find an issue I'm sure its fine.


01:11:168 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - DS here is really cool.

01:21:756 (5,6) - I feel like this slider should be on 5 so it holds the "wa"

01:26:874 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - Again here I'm not quite sure I understand your DSing. Why are you going from 1.6 to 2.84. I don't really here in the music why its changing so drastically and suddenly.

I'm not sure if you are finished with this diff but i will say that the end should probably be mapped. But if i just caught a version that wasnt updated im sorry i couldn't see it.

Comments: This map is really cool with its ideas i love the slider part here 01:11:168 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - and I'm sure others who play it love it as well. But saying that I feel like your jump sections need to be looked at and thought through more. Don't just add more DS to add difficulty. Use it to emphasize the song like you did in the slider section. Other than that this map looks great aesthetically.

Again the ending could be mapped but I see its a choice to not. This might bite you for ranking. But if you have good reason and explanation for why its not then you will be fine.

Comments: Overall pretty good. Just look for any really big DS that is really big but not mapped to a big sound Like the few pointed out. This are uncommon at hard diffs and only to be used when its called for and obvious to a player. Also you can use thing like long sliders and triples to "reset" the DS because the player will have time to re-aim after they hit it since it doesn't require as much aim.

  1. New combo in lower difficulties need improvement. Usually adding one where a new part of the music starts will work well, but if you are not sure with this, try adding at new stanzas.
  2. Hitsounding was pretty weak. Try using some various hitsounds where a strong sound appears in the music.
~Easy~
  1. 00:11:874 (4) - Add new combo for a healthy cycle please.
  2. 00:56:697 (5) - Missing clap.
  3. 01:22:462 (1,2,1) - The spacing is unbalanced.
~Normal~
  1. 00:17:168 - Missing clap.
  2. 00:47:697 - With your current rhythm, you are missing an important beat here. Think of something else here.
~Hard~
  1. 00:03:932 (2,3) - 00:07:638 (3,4,1) - It looks weird to have this unbalanced spacing.
  2. 00:45:756 (3,4,1,2,3,4) - 01:01:285 (1,2,3,4) - There are strong sounds here. I think you could've expressed them well with hitsounds. This diff lacks several hitsoundings. You could add some at similar parts where it is strong in music.
  3. There were several anti-jump usages, and they worked pretty fine enough. Still I think most other parts could've take advantage of spacing usages. The current design kinda feels weak in structure.
~Insane~
  1. 00:03:050 (3,4) - This 1/4 spacing could be closer.
  2. 00:33:579 (1,2,3) - A ctrl+G form of the rhythm seems to fit better here along the vocal of 00:33:756.
  3. 00:51:050 (2,3) - The reverse of (3) has insufficient time to read in-game. You should think of a different design.

Hey, played through this randomly during my gameplay and wanted to point out, 01:11:874 (3,4,1,2,3,4) in Assimboko feels nearly impossible and is super difficult to play. Getting 300s here feels too difficult. :( the slow SV doesn't fit the crazy jumps. I'd either increase SV here or change the section altogether.

Comments: This map is really cool with its ideas i love the slider part here 01:11:168 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - and I'm sure others who play it love it as well. But saying that I feel like your jump sections need to be looked at and thought through more. Don't just add more DS to add difficulty. Use it to emphasize the song like you did in the slider section. Other than that this map looks great aesthetically.
